Ozzie didn't even bring the idol with him to tribal council. At council he said he suspected something was funny, but he was screwed and he couldn't do anything about it because he did NOT even bring the idol. Now that to me was possibly one of the dumbest moves ever. Here's a link to Ozzie's whole final wordsOzzie's Final Words
At the end of that clip it says watch "Survivor: China" Thursdays at 8et / 7 ct.

I watched his final words video and he makes mention of NOT bringing the immunitiy idol to council.Anyone know if it is possible for someone left in the game to obtain the idol now?

Didn't think about that, that would definitely make things interesting. If James or Amanda were to get it this would definitely change the game as well.

Anyone think that Jeff talks too much and gives away too much info at Tribal Council?
Yeah, sometimes it seems like he watches the same video of what goes on at camp like we do and then starts talking to them about it.Of course we don't see everything either. Maybe Jeff only mentions things/topics that are pretty widely known about.

That would be a really fun twist. We find out that in case of a blindside such as last night, he rehid the idol and told Amanda where it was. No one would have a clue she had it, assuming it died when Ozzy left.

I thought Jeff almost crossed the line last night when he said what he said about the two vote options: Either Jason is going home or someone is going to get a big surprise.I thought the people voting against Ozzy hid their plan extremely well. the only flaws, I thought, was Jeff's comment and Jason closing his eyes (as if to say DON'T PLAY THE IDOL, PLEEEEASE, DON"T PLAY IT) when it was time to play the idol (after the vote, before the reading). If Ozzy has seen that, he might have been clued in: Why would Jason be doing that???Anyway...

The finger crossing pissed me off. If you want to promise him that you wont vote for him then do it anyways fine, but dont act like your 8 and cross your fingers.

I am also still mystified at the dislike of Cirie. I'm assuming it's because she reminds you guys of someone you dislike, because she has a quick wit, she is well-liked by everyone on the tribe, and she is running circles around everyone else strategically. She is the master of give-and-take -- flying below the radar and coasting when it is to her advantage, and then mobilizing the troops to make a move when that is her best move. She rarely misses a step. As for her not contributing, it appears she does a lot around camp, it's just not the photogenic tree-climbing and giant-tree-lifting of Ozzy and James. But she is frequently shown carrying, cooking, etc. (HINT: they compress days into 45 minutes, do you really think Cirie gathering wood is their highest priority shot?) When others are working, she will typically be in the background working. People who don't work around camp don't last long, they get too disliked.I've also wondered if Jeff watches the video and comments on things in camp that he hasn't seen personally. I'm not sure yet. The thing to remember is council is actually very long, we just see a few minutes out of what is a much longer process, so it's possible he figures stuff out. He seems to be a very perceptive guy to the subtleties of people's behavior. And Jason is really one of the dumbest players, I've thought that all along. He's down there with the Hulk guy in his mental game. At this point he doesn't have much chance of lasting very long except by winning the idol. If he can win a few weeks in a row, someone may need him as a swing vote. But still, he'd need to be able to figure out how to leverage that, which seems beyond him.My prediction: a girl power run on the final four. Which 5/4/3, though, is a tough question.

I agree with the Jeff talk. I was thinking to myself will you SHUTUP! You could tell by Ozzy's face that he was starting to sweat.I could not believe Jason quit that challenge. He could have easily outlasted Parvati, but he quit because of a food offer when he is obviously the one next to go? I was also suprised at other people quitting especially Ozzy, they set it up for Jason to win so easily, I guess they really wanted that food. From the previews for next week it looks like Parvati is targeting James, which would make sense because he is a threat. But I think Jason needs to go first. He is a bigger threat than James in challenges, and if he is the last man standing he could easily run the table in immunity challenges against the girls. I forget who the guy was that won, but this happened in Ami and Eliza's season when that guy was left with 4 or 5 girls then ended up winning.I think Cirie is in a great position to win if her alliance with Parvati, fake tits/lips, and Alexis holds until the end. Fake tits and Alexis have just been doing what there told (riding coattails), and Parvati has made too many alliances with everyone and lied too much. Cirie hasn't really pissed anybody off yet, and she is pretty sneaky with how she makes her decisions. With that final 4 I think she is da winnah.(edit) actually she will have to make it to the 3 now that I think about it to win the game. At final 4 she will probably be the obvious one to go, and will have to win immunity because the 3 of Parvati, bigtits/lips, and Alexis seem to be closer.Ozzy needs to chill out. His stare at the end, and final comments were kind of ridiculous. He was the biggest threat by far and should have expected something like this to happen sooner or later. Any alliance he would have been in would have broke because he would be the hands down winner at the end.

I cannot believe Ozzy made the mistake of not bringing the idol with him and more importantly not planning on using it. Did he not learn from James' mistakes last season? How could he possibly believe that everyone was going to vote for Jason who they ALL promised him at the challenge they wouldn't. That was a bold, ego driven move and as much as I loved to watch Ozzy, he totally didn't read between the lines. Cirie has been out-strategizing everyone to this point in the game. I still don't like her, I think she should be more active around camp & challenges, but she's definitely outwitting everyone.Parvati has thrown everyone under the bus from her original alliance, and I think she's definitely done more harm to herself in this game than good. I don't see how she'll be getting votes even if she goes far. So at this point, it makes sense to keep in the game to the finals if possible, the only problem is how do you trust her?I believe the dark horse in this game could be James if he survives next week. He's got a ton of strength and has the ability to win challenges obviously if strength ever becomes a factor this season and not just agility for the Jason vs Ozzy factor.IF Ozzy didn't bring the idol with him to camp... couldn't someone else find it at camp? Does anyone there know where it is?

At some point in China, Jeff says that if the person with the idol gets voted out, the idol goes with them.

I was reading the EW recap and the episode with James actually showed after Ozzy had already left for Micronesia so he didn't see it. However, James and Amanda obviously knew the details so I'm sure that they let him know about how James had gone out so still no excuse. The blindside obviously doesn't happen without Parvati although she made a good point about how tough Ozzy would be in the final five or better. All in all, very good season as the blindsides have been fast and furious

Regarding 4-24 episode...dont read if you haven't seen it I can't believe how stupid the guys are in this season. James and the Erik kid knew what those evil b*tches were up to. The obvious strat is to let Jason in on whats happening, team up as the three guys and vote for one of the girls. Then Jason plays the immunity idol. The five girls (I think) spilt their vote so at least the guys can force tie of some sort. Its their best hope.

omg lol, Jason officially dumbest player everUm hi Natalie, welcome to the show, now that they finally showed you, the whole episode is of you being an annoying bitch. Congratulations for being so cutthroat, you just lost a vote for the million if you make it to the end. Yay girl power.Max you are right James should of at least mentioned something to Jason, Jason is still completely retarded though. He could have turned it on Parvati and got her voted out.I don't understand Amanda, she is in the same position as she was last year, she gets the chance to make game changing decisions and she doesn't do it. There is no way Cirie and Parvati are going to stick with her.Ozzy is bitter lol. What is up with James and his apple reference. He said it like 12 times.

Exactly. This would have been the perfect time to get rid of one of the two biggest schemers in the game Cirie or Parv. But the guys and Amaduh are too stupid to see it. They should have told Jason what was going on. the 4 of them could have voted for Parv or Cirie while the other four split their votes between James and Jason. Jason still wouldn't have need to play the idol yet and Parv or Cirie go home. Blindsiding the blindsiders. Now there's some faces I would have loved to have seen.

1. That was pretty stupid/naive of him.B. No shit. Natalie got more face time tonight than the rest of the season combined and the footage couldn't have been any more unflattering.IV. Oh yeah.

Yep, I was thinking exactly along those lines. I think the problem is no one wanted to make any sort of alliance with Jason. Even without letting Jason in on it, they still might've pulled it off though. I believe Jason, Alexis, and Natalie voted for James, and Cirie, Parvati, Amanda, and Eric voted for Jason. If Eric and Amanda join James and vote Parvati, James and Parvati would be tied 3-3. But I'm not sure who wins the tie-breaker.I'm hoping Amanda isn't done trying to make moves. I think she was content to let the plan work tonight because she doesn't trust nor want Jason around. IMO, the best plan of action now is to try and swing Cirie back over to a 4some with Amanda, James, and Erik. We know Cirie isn't especially trusting and won't think twice about switching sides, and I don't think she trusts Parvati any more than Amanda does.Has turned into a very interesting game this season though. Dramatic changes compared to 3 weeks ago. Right now it seems as though Parvati and Natalie are running the show. Some funny lines tonight, my fav was James saying something like, "I could try to do some politicing, but honestly I suck at that."Moment that made me want to throw up: Eric sucking on Cirie's fingers.

I loved the fact James threw Parv to the wolves with the jury by outting her as the brain behind the Ozzy plan.

I loved Amanda's quote "I've thought of everything and there is no way to change the game"Here is my plan if I am James Go to Jason, "The girls are voting for you tonight you should play your imminuity idol and vote for "insert girl name here" so we can change this game around."If Jason doesn't agree make another agreemnt."Alright Jason if you are so sure I am going tonight, how about you let me know where you hid the idol (if you arent' going to play it) and then if you get screwed over tonight I will have the idol to get your revenge on the girls. This is no risk to you because you are so sure I am going home tonight."The only problem with going to Jason is that he would probably rat James out to Alexis? and they would then change thier votes to James. Also someone mentioned it would be 3-3 James and Parvati and they were not sure what would happen. If that is the case they would revote and you could only put one of the 2 names. If it was still tied who knows what would happen fire building challenge?

Common sense should say don't read a thread about a live show until you are caught up.Maybe I am the only one who thinks this way.
