For example? All I've seen her do both seasons is ride the coattails of everyone else.
Go back and watch the first 4 episodes with her working and cooking around camp. Just because they show her sitting around for 2 episodes doesn't mean she sits on her ass all day. They choose 45 min of footage for what a 2-3 day span, and 20 minutes of it is Kathleen whining about how she is suffering? I'm not saying I know for a fact that she works a ton, but how do you know what she does. She has been hardly riding coattails this season, she has pretty much been deciding who gets voted off the majority of the time. The last season she was on is a different story, but I've been impressed with her so far this season. Also she has been working on Amanda to try to get her to stop trusting Ozzy... this is exactly what she needs to do to get to the end of this game. If she can get to the end with Amanda... we all know how great Amanda is at jury deliberations, she had the game almost in the bag last season, but then she was horrible at answering the jury questions

Of course James can swim. He's from N'Awlins, you kind of had to learn...
e-valDid anyone else notice Amanda appearing to sway a little towards Cirie? I wonder if it was just a ploy or if she really is thinking of blind siding Ozzy? I'm glad the dead weight is gone. As someone else mentioned before, I have no idea who a couple of the fans are, and we are 20 or so days into the game.

Bizzle, I totally disagree when you say Parvati and Amanda are horrible players. They both blow James and Ozzy out of the water strategically.
I don't get why people are saying Ozzy hasn't made any big strategic moves. He doesn't have to. Basically he's sitting in the top position in his tribe and his plan is simple. If you aren't here to compete GTFO, example Chet, Tracey & soon to be Cirie.
Gov covers why I think Ozzy is a good player. My examples of why Amanda is a bad player-she lost last year at the final immunity challenge. She's pretty much the only person ever who literally lost by giving crappy answers at the end.My examples of why Parvati is a bad player-what has she ever done? If I recall correctly, on her season she was relying on Jonathan who had proved that he was willing to cross anyone. She has even admitted that her main strategy is to flirt as much as possible.

No shit.I mean, while the other tribe was sending out a different person every time to retrieve puzzle pieces at immunity, Ozzy went out 4 of 5 times and built up a pretty big lead almost by himself. Then Cirie (and Amanda) couldn't figure out how to put a damn square together.I forget who the 2nd puzzlemaker was on the winning tribe, but you're in trouble when freaking Eliza is schooling you with her brain.
Actually this season and her original appearance, Eliza has always done VERY well at the puzzle challenges.

The number of episodes and whatnot is predetermined. It's not as if they are going to remove episodes. Most likely, with the original cast being 20, and there being 15 episodes, a couple would have two people get voted out. Now, not a problem.
I think some people forget that this all happened several months ago and isn't happening week to week "real time" as we watch.

I realized this, but I think there are certain contractual obligations that they have to fulfill. I suppose by this point, they have an "in case of emergency" clause in there, but they make some pretty big bucks off this show, I'd think the network and/or producers would want a way to get back their missing episodes. In previous years, they've just skipped council when people left unexpectedly. For a second there, when Crazy Kathy quit, I was hoping they'd bring back Jonathan, but I suppose his leg isn't healed enough for that (it's only 2 or 3 days in their world).

Survivor is not on this week is it? If not, then that makes up for one of the unexpected losses of a tribe member.

Yeah, I know the tournament is on tonight but they aired Survivor on Wednesday last week.I was thinking maybe they just skipped this week because of the lost episode.

Yeah, I thought it might be on last night, but like you said, that makes up for losing 2 players unexpectedly.

Gotta give Eric props for getting out of one of the most hopeless looking situations everNo doubt that Ozzie is indeed The Godfather.Eliza is screwed now.I want Ozzie to win this thing so bad.I didnt like the previews for next week where Eliza was saying that 'stick' was not an immunity idol. I wanted to see him play it.

I think this show proved that though Ozzie is a great survivor physically, he is not the best Survivor ever. I mean, he didn't even realize that he was seen as the "leader"? lol But I did enjoy his whole, "well if you were conspiring against me then you're gone" attitude.

Yup, nice job on Erick for out-weaseling Ami in the vote. I'd have to say, I'd have voted against Ami also, though. this "better the devil you know" crap doesn't work when you have one person who is forced to be completely honest (Erick) and one who is experienced and expected to be coddled just because she "outted" Erick for trying (Ami). I couldn't believe her bawling, it was embarrassing. "I can't believe they would not trust me on the very day they accepted me". Boo hoo.Ozz ftw!

That was a great job by Erik to get out of that situation and it also shows just how much power Ozzy actually has over those girls. Still don't think Erik will last much longer, but at least now he has a chance to win individual immunity to try and stay on the show.James till the end!!! He needs redemption for not using those damn idols last season!!!

I thought that exchange was great..."That can't be the Immunity Idol""Why not?"(pause)"Because its a stick!"

If the immunity challenge this week wasn't rigged to pick someone from the opposite team to go to Exile, the outcome could've been much different. Ozzy would've flown through that course and his tribe definitely would've had a better shot at immunity.Like DNA, I hope sooo bad that Ozzy wins this thing. He's an absolute force, the leader of his alliance, immunity idol and he's one of the best players in challenges in the history of the game.Awesome episode though this week. Erik deserves full props for getting out of that situation. I'm happy Erik made that move to reach his goal which was to make the merge and try to get in a new alliance. Can't wait for next week.

I thought Ozzy was being a little obvious when him and Alexis were working so closely together to find the idol. What happens when they find it. Who gets it? Also, at this point they are not aligned with each other so the one who doesn't get it would spill the beans to everyone. If it was me I would have been about 95% sure that Ozzy had it.Great episode though. Its rare to see someone out somebody with the person standing right there, which is what Erik did to Ami. It worked also which was even more rare. If Erik somehow could weasel his way into an alliance and make it to the end, that kind of honesty could win him the game. That is highly unlikely though, but I still have to give it to Erik for getting out of that situation, most players would have given up at that point.I would have voted the same way, Ami is too much of a strategic threat to keep her around.

When there were two on Exile at the same time in the past they worked together to try and find the idol too. Didn't seem to me like he was ovracting.

So it's shaping up to be 5 vs. 5 after the merge, isn't it? the two couples plus Cerie vs. the four fans plus Eliza. It likely comes down to whether Ozzy can get Eric to join him or if they can fool eliza into thinking she's part of the 'fave' alliance. Should be a good first post-merge episode.

Did you see the part where Parvati was chatting it up with the chick with the big fake lips and titties (Natalie)? It looks as though her and that one other chick (Alexis) might team up with Parvati and Amanda... thats if everything falls through though. If it works that way then it won't be 5 v 5. If it doesn't work out I still don't think it will be 5 v 5. Somebody will start scheming so it doesn't end up a tie. There should definitely be lots of strategizing going on this week.I think it will be funny if big tits and whats her name teamed up with Parvati and Amanda because Cirie would flip out and there would be massive dramabombs.

Jimmy Dougan said it best "There's no crying in baseball."There should be no crying in Survivor. Adios Amy. We'll miss your body but not your drama.
