That doesn't make sense though, if Cirie won she'd just choose parv to go to exile anyway. Erik winning made it obv near impossible to vote him out. They just knew he's the not so bright and could be easily manipulated.
How does him winning the reward challenge make it near impossible to vote him out?

I figured if I thought about this some more, it would make more sense. So to be fair to Eric, he would've had to either make this move work, or he'd have to win immunity next week to guarantee a spot in the final three, and it's not like he can win immu..... OK, nevermind, he's an idiot. At this point, Natalie needs to win immunity and get rid of Amanda. I think any other scenario and Natalie goes home and Amanda wins. The only wild card is Cirie. She's made good moves every time she's needed to make good moves, and hasn't made a false step. If she can sell that to the jury, she could give Amanda a run, especially seeing how Amanda blew it at final tribal council in her season. But I don't see Cirie or Parv getting rid of Amanda, so Amanda's gotta be the big favorite now.I really can't believe how good those four women are at manipulating people. Oh wait, I've been married twice. Yes I can.

I agree that Erik was a moron and I am still in shock, but if you put yourself in his shoes I can 'sort of' see where he was coming from. He knew he had NO chance to win the million dollars and the girls played before tribal and at tribal perfectly to manipulate his mind enough to make him think he could win jury votes by doing this. He was thinking longterm, not short term, but unfortunately he should have realized there was no way for him to not get voted out if he gave up his personal immunity. Amanda has always been my favorite (besides Ozzy) and I'm pulling for her to win the whole thing.

Holy crap! You know, when Erik won immunity, I was thinking Nat was gone. When Cirie hatched her plan, as crazy as it sounded, I thought "OMG! This could work!"Erik is sooooo stupid...Sunday will really be awesome, I think. Amanda and Cirie (yes, I'm won over by her gameswomanship) are the favorites to win, but Nat is a solid dark horse. the only person I don't see winiing is Parv, but I see her getting to the final three because whoever pulls the strings will want her there.Excellent season!

I believe that's what Parv and Cirie mouthed to eachother.Parv: Throw it.Cirie: I'm trying. They wanted Erik to win so he couldn't look for the Idol.
Ahh ok.. I couldn't understand what they were saying.

Well he might as well win the award challenge because if he lost whoever won wouldn't have sent him to exile anyways. So that move was pretty pointless on Cirie and Parvati's part. Also having him win gives him more energy for the immunity challenge which he was dominating anyways. For me Amanda is the front-runner, because she was on the outs, if she didn't find the immunity idol she would be gone. Also after that she was able to get her way back in the power position when she was in the minority.But... I would like to say again that it is kind of disappointing that the idols were so easy to find. I mean for the TV viewer it is great because it creates so much drama, but imagine how frustrating that would be if you were a contestant, and basically whoever you send to exile gets an immunity idol. It definitely brings a different aspect to the show though, and it makes it hard to strategize.

It seemed like they were fairly difficult to me. I mean did you see that trench that Amanda had to dig and align perfect with the island to find an underwater clue. I would say your average person would have a difficult time finding them.

First Part - Possibly, but... if Nat won the reward I look to her to send Erik to exile to find the idol, that way if he finds it as well as being the fav to win the Immunity challenge she could talk him into giving her one of them, seeing that if he won it she would be the next likely target. Third Part - easy to find for the physically fit. All that travel back and forth through the water was too much for some of the others that went to Exile.

I think she mouthed, "Beat him!" and Cirie said "I'm trying".

Yeah, I was trying to look at it from his point of view. And if you think of it, here you are on this island, you haven't slept or eaten much for a month, you are thiiiiissss close to a million dollars, and you think you just screwed it all up. Then you get these big hot boobs and a big smile telling you that you need to make a move. Then when Cirie is done with you, the other three try..... Seriously, though, young men at that age, I wonder how much he was blinded by celebrity and bikinis. Hot chicks that you've seen on TV, in bikinis, telling you to jump.....

Ok, lemme throw some thoughts out there. The last immunity has historically been one of endurance. Cirie doesn't have much of a chance at winning it but I think she's only in jeopardy if Amanda wins. Parverti is short and light which would help her in balancing. She has shown she has can stand with her arm in the air for over 6 hours which takes incredible stamina and will. Amanda is strong and will realize she has to win it to stay in. This should make her tough to beat. Natalie is kind of weak and can obviously outlast Cirie but I don't see her being able to outlast Parv or Amanda. Let's take the immunity challenge out of the game for a second and look at who wants to take to the finals based on jury votes. Cirie doesn't want to take Amanda. Both Nat and Parv have mucho enemies on that jury. Voting out Amanda is Cirie's only chance to outright win.Amanda has to take Parv but I don't see a downside to bring Cirie or Nat. This means she has more options w/r/t who wins immunity if the next challenge isn't endurance. It's possible that she would keep Cirie simply because she wouldn't want Cerie to be on the jury and dump a vote to another player out of spite. Natalie simply doesn't have a chance. I know some people think she's a dark horse which is easy to say since she won't get the votes to win. She has to vote out Cirie or Amanda. I suppose Amanda should be her target and not simply because Amanda has a huge edge with jury votes, but mainly since Amanda probably wouldn't be able to vote for Parv or Cirie since one of them would have to write her name down and she's not above holding a grudge. This leaves Parverti. I can't think of any twist that would garner her enough votes to actually win. That being said, she has to take out Amanda and hope to sway the jurors with her smile. Ya, that's not going to happen.Current juror votes:James 1. Amanda2. CirieOzzy1. Amanda2. CirieErik1. Amanda2. Nat?Eliza1. Nat?2. Parv?Alexis1. Nat?2. Cirie?Jason:1. Amanda2. Nat?Did I miss any juror's? After going through this, even if Amanda gets immunity and votes off Cirie, she's not an outright lock. I love this season.

You say Nat can't win and isn't a darkhorse yet you can give 4 possible votes in a game where it only takes 3 to win. I think she has Alexis' vote. Erik and Jason could def still vote her way for the way she played them. If Eliza votes on gameplay which I think she would if Amanda isn't in final 3 her vote goes to Cirie or Nat. If she holds them both equal does she toss it to Nat because she couldn't get into an alliance with the favs at the beginning?

You're right. I was thinking this through it as I was typing. Zero clue about Eliza's voting except that she looked happy when Amanda played the immunity. For some reason I still had her going with the fans and I guess it's because she didn't have any visible connection with any of the favorites.

Glad I didn't see any spoilers before finally seeing the episode last night - four great episodes in a row. During the CSI telecast which followed, the preview for Sunday's episode said that there would be three tribal councils which means that they will be down to two for the jury to vote on.I'm never sure if it's a final two or three - is that info they give out at the beginning anywhere? I'm pretty sure that Parv will be one of the final two since she has the most jurors who would hold a grudge but who knows, this has been a great season. Entertainment Weekly on their website has a nine minute interview with Probst about the last episode which was pretty good.

I purposefully don't watch the preview for the next week so it'll be fresh.

they showed both.
I'm so confused....What a bizarre final tribal. Is there something in the water there? What was Natalie going on about? Was she hitting on Parv?Very surpised Parv pulled that off, I'm assuming it's due to editting.
