Hey Eddie, whats the worst starting hand in holdem?
72oyour point
Because according to your theory, 72o would be a better hand than 23o.72o is to 230 as A2o is to KJs.See it?
ZING
720 better hand320 more playable

Ive been reading this forum for about a year and never have posted.....until this hand happened. Playing in a 15 person home tourny im the BB. Blinds are 1000 and 2000. UTG raises to 10,000. Everyone folds. I look down to see KK. Ive played with the guy for a year and a half and didnt have him on aces because he didnt do his trademark aces twitch. And he doesnt like AK that much, usually limps with it. SOOO I decide to raise 5x his bet (a little too aggressive i know, but you gotta see this guy). He calls. Flop is Ace, 10, 7 rainbow. This is where my head gets cloudy right before it explodes.I bet out 20,000. Trying to be a little pushy. He goes all in.I fold.He flips over Ace 7 unsuited and says "I was born Jan. 17th, 1971. I`ll play Ace 7 everytime no matter the raise." Great. This guy sucks out everytime......unbelievable. Seems like the odds would be with us sometime against him....not much in the last 6 months though.

I know..... I know. These guys start out with soo many chips. 4 stacks of 15 chips each. $500, $1000, $5000, $10000. Blinds every 15 minutes. I think ive finally found a better home game today actually. Its got to be better!! Casino is hours away.....and I like to play live. Guess you have to swim in a fish bowl sometimes to play. Although I will admit im not the best player either........but this games not helping me advance.

I had AK in a 2/4 nl game. Flop was A59, he bet I pushed cus he's horrible and wanted a call. Turn 7 and river J. He had A7 and won of course.me-"nice turn"fag popper- "quit complaining, you got lucky to hit the ace on the flop"It's not that funny but after I lost a big pot it had me laughing all night long, which was good I guess.

Playing $25 NL on the fishiest site tonight and I have 22 in the pocket. No raises preflop and I have limped with several others. Flop is K73, turn a 9 all rainbow and river is a 2.So I raise $2 and monkey boy who plays every hand comes in with another $2. I re-raise $4 and he goes all in. I look and he has K5o.This genius has slow played top pair no kicker. That's the only way I can explain his play on the river. He really thinks that K5o is the best. Then he says"what a joke... duece on the river"I can't type anything, I am without words.

I have 10/5 off in the BB.Flop comes A/J/4 with a flush draw.Since im multitabling, i put it on 'fold to any bet'Turn comes offsuit QI catch the board in the corner of my eye and dart over trying to click off the autofold, but the computer starts to lagThe river comes an offsuit KI frantically try to click off the auto fold button and BARELY make it. I bet. Some guy raises, i reraise, he calls. He shows A/5off and says "nice catch fish"

Heads up in a sit no go after my flopped straight loses to runner-runner flush to put me at about a 10-1 chip disadvantage. I'm raising almost everytime pre-flop and taking it down or I'm betting the flop to scoop the pot or betting the turn to take it down. He never raises pre-flop or bets out or calls anything. Most of the time I have nothing; apparently he's waiting for a monster to put me all-in. Eventually his chip lead is down to about 3-1 when I flop top full house and check it. Check-check on the turn. I check the river and he finally makes a bet, which I re-raise all-in and he calls. He says, "That's gonna bite you in the butt."Of course, he never changes his style and I go back to aggressively betting everything and taking pot after pot until he finally goes all in pre-flop with A-5. I call with 8's and it holds up. He thought he got some information on me, but never tried to use it.

It's not an argument, it's just you being stubborn and unable to admit to being wrong about anything related to poker.....ever.Sklansky grouped starting hands by their overall expectation, and math can't lie. But you, with your stunning and in depth knowledge of the game counters with, "Sklansky said it, it must be true.""Argument" Ha. Good word choice though.

LOL.I've heard this one and he was serious: I've met TJ Cloutier and Doyle Brunson and got their autographs and they told me I have the talent to go all the way".
