Go phil! He's my #2 pick, I don't care if he listens to Alanis Morissette as long as he takes it down...

Alanis gave my roomate the finger back when they were in high school. Just walking down the streat one day and *bam*, middle finger. True story.(Actually it is a true story, back in her teenybopper days at highschool in the Glebe area in Ottawa)

Alanis is a typical North American in her complete ignorance of what irony actually is!Being in a traffic jam when you are late for work, or whatever her rantings were about is not irony, its just plain bad luck. Were it about a town planner being stuck in the jam, on their way to a meeting about conjestion, now that would have been ironic.A drawer full of forks when all you want is a knife (again excuse my ignorance of the exact wording but the song makes my skin crawl) AGAIN is not ironic you dumb, lazy cow. Do your job and get the washing up done!

Big Phil #1 in NL 5000 event -- yeah you bet yeah!! How long till blow up?http://www.cardplayer.com/tournaments/chip_counts/3198
I don't think Phil really "blows up" too often, he plays very selectively. Usually (from what I've seen) when Phil gets all his chips in the middle, he has the best of it. He has been chided lately for being too tight, but I really hope he takes this down... there is nothing better(or amusing) than hearing Phil run his mouth... plus it really irritates other people... which I find spectacular. His lack of an inner monologue makes him one of the best players to watch on TV. You never wonder what is going on in his mind...

Yes....but you see the ultimate irony is that a song about irony contains no irony what so ever...Shes a genius!

He must have found some donks to run to the top if they are saying he is playing too tight, or do you mean "lately" in the last year sense vs. this tournament? (I imagine you do...meaning I'm rambling on)The only person that I have seen disect a player and their hand better and make a better call is Phil Ivey during the last Monty Carlo calling with bottom pair 8 kicker vs. bottom pair 6 kicker for a huge bet, sealing the tournament. So, I have a lot of respect for Phil. I think he needs a media consultant and some acting/publicity lessons if he wants to keep playing the show dog though. Not everyone has DN's natural charisma and even he comes off wrong on TV sometimes. As they say, poker brings out the real person sooner or later.

What's really scary is that her album "Jagged little pill" was the number one best selling album of all of the 1990s. Frightening, isn't it?

nice work... next time, give credit to the comedian you stole it from. I can't remember her name, but she's a big (as in fat) lesbian... she's hilarious, you're not.

From 1 to 10 on the awkward scale what is this:"Phil Hellmuth raises $13,000 from mid position. Vinnie Vinh from the small blind reraises $33,500. Hellmuth looks at Vinh and says, "You've been stealing my blinds all day. I'm not stealing here. You're a terrorist, I'm a counter terrorist. You're gonna blow up some blinds. I'm gonna catch you. I'm gonna catch you." Vinh responds, "Please. Call me whatever you want, but don't call me a terrorist. I'm an American." Hellmuth agrees."Seriously, how poor socially does someone have to be to make a comment like this?

yeah, assuming phil isn't really a racist you have to be pretty much socially handicapped to go there lol.of course todd brunson also jokingly referred to freddie deeb as a terrorist on national TV in PS2.
