He just liked the goofy randy moss avatar. There is no way teneight is anywhere near a decent player IMO. His emotional maturity is such that I can see him being massively prone to going on tilt. Thanks for reminding me of that. I enjoyed that moment so much. I just said that because at the NegO tonight 10-8 mentioned that he was banned and DN seemed surprised. Well, of course, that fed 10-8s ego. I'm sure it will be all over his other forum that DN didn't want him banned and it's all the moderators being against him. I cringed when DN did that. We already talked earlier tonight and made some progress. We are going to leave lawyers out of this for the time being. Neither of us wants this to be a fight. With how long you two have been married for and the fact that you have a daughter its just an inevitable. Now what you two should do is draw up a preliminary division of properties and what not. Making this as painless for your daughter as possible is what you two should be aiming for. If your husband reverts to his form from earlier today/last night( I forget off hand if it was today or last night) then just make note of that when the lawyers finally get involved. I'm not saying go for the jugular or anything like that at all, but, what you will want to do is tell the lawyer that you don't want it to be messy but he is trying to make it messy. You are also gonna want to keep his parents out of this as much as possible, since they don't like you. You need to be sure to tell the lawyer as much of this as possible as it will effect custody and division of the property, since his family is obviously not acting in the best intrests of your daughter and just acting out of spite. You will also need to note about his childish acts towards you in recent months like cutting the internet and what happened recently. If these are isolated incidents, then note them, but if they start to turn into a trend, then joint custody might be hard to fully pull offI hope for the best for you. You don't deserve to take all of the crap that you have taken in recent months. I know that you won't get petty about this, but IMO you should mentally prepare yourself for the worst so that if that doesn't happen it will be a positive. With Stars blowing you off, people getting pissy about the switch to FCP and the issue with voiding games and people not recieving tickets, it's fairly apparent that it was a three legged dog you were trying to walk, from the get go. You did the best you could with what you had, from an objective standpoint.That being said, I think you may have over-reacted a bit in the Week 8 thread. People weren't voicing their displeasure with the way it was run, and while it might've seemed directed at you, from an objective standpoint, I don't think that was it. I hope you can come around a bit and see that people were more disappointed in the way they had expected such a fun event to turn out due to mitigating circumstances--not in the way you ran it. I by no means think that things are going to go smoothly, but I am relieved to know that we are now on the same page for alot of things, especially about our daughter. Sigh .............. I'm tired. I'll be glad when he leaves for the weekend. It's emotionally exhausting having him here. I am going to look at some apartments this weekend. There is one place I'm really interested in, but until the house sells and we are able to pay off all our debt, I don't know if I can get approved. Cross your fingers for me.
