Ron_Mexico 4,219
I feel like Napa is going to get taken advantage of once he lives alone. Tons of people are gonna want to crash, and they will dirty up his place and drive him mad. Then one of them won't leave and Napa is too nice to say anything and he'll have a non rent paying roommate again. It may be me

Napa Lite 3,278
Nah, I don't have a problem telling my friends that they gotta go. Anyone that's still friends with me knows I can't deal with people for more than a few days and won't take it personal. It's like 1:4 that I let the next girl that shows any affection towards me live with me rent free and even give her a card connected to my accounts.

hank213 1,823
If there is one thing I know about you Napa, it's that you're a people person. Nothing wrong with that. Look at Hank. Goes to work, comes home, rinse, repeat. A man needs some companionship. He's gonna end up murdering someone. Essay too heh, gonna.

Leech. through corporate travel there is a list of acceptable choices and I can choose whatever i want. the rate we get at the four seasons is only 10 bucks more than the other choices, so i'm doing it.

frautotenkinder 1,025
I have a high school friend who I see when I'm back home, and she's back home--so maybe every 1.5 - 2 years. We don't keep in real contact otherwise. In addition to group texting me "Happy Thanksgiving" her feelings on people that use leaf blowers in the rain, and some conservative things that I ignore. The texts are super generic. A couple of weeks ago, she group texted some bible verses (Galatians), and today when I went to delete my 900 emails in my never-used Yahoo account, I found a bunch of chain emails from her talking about how Obama should be impeached because of his failure to protect the Texas/Mexico border. Holy shit. Who does this?
frautotenkinder 1,025
Oh shit Frau, you're goin' to Hell. Thank you for your support and prayers. I will continue with my heresy and non-exclusive state. I had a phone interview with the recruiter today, it went well enough for him to ask for my resume.

Napa Lite 3,278
I had an especially bad sleeping week and I am just dead today. And it's supposed to rain later today so I couldn't even wear my new shoes. Going to be a long day.

Napa Lite 3,278
Yeah, I burned through all my sick days and even some vacation for my recent shit. I'd have to use vacation to take the day off and Napa don't play that.

And it's supposed to rain later today so I couldn't even wear my new shoes. Going to be a long day. How often are you punchin the munchkin? I too am wearing my new shoes. They arrived yesterday. I like them very much. I wish they were a few shades lighter, but maybe I'll get a pair of AE down the line Lately, I've taken to trying to to be more fiscally responsible. I refi' the last two years of my car, dropping 3% points, I dropped Showtime and got some directv discounts. I got new car ins and added my wife. We were paying $230+ monthly combined as single driver policies and now $155 together for the same coverage. Doing to some other things to save more as well. Going to try and avoid doing every Friday happy hours and dinner out for $100. I won't rule those out altogether, just cut down. And I will do the occasional football Sunday at the bar, as I love that (with friends) but not every Sunday. I wonder how much I can get the NFL package for. I need watch my Dolphins. My company, being so small, doesn't match 401k. I miss that. Thank you all for being responsible and making me think about it
Napa Lite 3,278
Once a day. Usually before bed. My doctor suggested I try valerian root and if that doesn't work he's going to give me ambien. Good for you, Ron. That's awesome. I've been a lot better this year with impulse purchases and even going out and am flush as I've ever been. The last two weeks have been pretty brutal though with me buying a lot of stuff because I was depressed paying all these medical bills. But I'm good now. Back on the saving train. Ron_Mexico 4,219
You probably have to buy furniture for your new place once you move in February 2017. Definitely hit the Rooms to Go places and get that 0% financing deal. Unless of course cheap furniture can be had.
