I have never played at Party before. When I installed the software, the windows in the main screen all over lap and cant really read them. Is this what you mean by "dicked up"? Or, does my 1900 X 1200 fubar it?

If you arent a "preferred member" you can just email UB support and they will do it. I did it a couple months ago, then the next month they upgraded me to preferred member so I can so it myself.

I have Comcast, but in Florida. They dont carry GSN...they use to, but dropped it. Matter of fact, and switching to satellite because they just dumped ESPN classic on my cable...and still dont carry Travel channel.How am I suppose to get my poker fix...oh, well. Turns out satellite was substantially cheaper anyways.

You need a program to "grab" info out of the hand history window. To make Pokertracker effective, I use UltimateHistory which I downloaded for Pokertracker.com...was free.Works great.
