Hey allIM staying at my girlfriends parents at the moment while they are away on vacation, i thought id log on to stars and have a look at the new horse cashgames but after downloading stars everytime i try to open it, it just says "Update failed, internet connectivity problem) does anyone know what im doing wrong, ive checked the firewall but pokerstars has a tick next to it so i think everything is ok???

I presume if i stayed for 6 months, went over to canada for a couple of weeks and then came back over they wouldnt let me get away with it many times?

Hey all,Just a question that i've always wondered about, how do people who were not born in the states manage to take up residence in say vegas for example? I've recently seen that Patrik Antonius has moved to vegas now and i always wondered about it, do they have to have a certain amount of money to be allowed to stay? Do the states welcome pro players to stay as long as they want as long as they pay them tax on any winnings? Do they have to leave after a certain time etc etc?Any answers would be greatthanks

Well i was just playing a few games and when i discarded cards they stayed in my hand, so i would end up with 8 card hands, and i would be unable to discard on later rounds.

I've just come across this site, not sure how long its been going but does anybody play there and what do they think of it? Is it as good as it sounds, are there many fish or is the money you save on the rake made up for by the money you lose with not having as many people on the site?Any help is greatthanks

Hi allWith daniel being apart of this game i assumed that it would have a fair few different poker games, but i checked on amazon and it just said it was a texas holdem game, can anyone confirm or deny that other games are in it?

If i sign up got it, is it exactly the same as if i bought it? For example i can get the free upgrade to 2.5 just like someone who bought 2.5?

Maybe but if i reraised i would have to raise atleast another $20 which if he would call that im sure he would call the all in. Also he may have had 89 for an oesd. If he also had 10 7 i cant see him laying down two pair there either.Edit: Wrong quote, i was replying too Kung Fu
