Halladay has always struggled against Texas. Only 7-6 career. But the Jays are mounting a nice little rally here in the 8th.

I've seen the man pitch at least three or four 10 inning no-decisions, so I'll always love him, despite his apparent .500 record against Texas. It was a good game, but Toronto will have a tough time competing in the division. Ricky Romero and Adam Lind can only do so much.

If Rios ever turns the corner and becomes what everyone thinks he can be, it'll be a very good lineup. I really like Marcum and McGowan last year, brutal to lose both of them before ever tossing a pitch. I don't know how an ownership group just doesn't chalk this up to a lost year, but maybe they'll stay hot for a while and be this years Tampa Bay-type team. The bullpen is a nice hidden strength of this team, although BJ still scares the hell out of me every time he takes the ball.
