I think that commercial would be more appropriate if he went around shooting small business owners with tranquilizer darts...and then later they woke up in Wal-Mart uniforms and got to work.

I have a pad down in LA now and ............................ if you ever need a place to crash for a couple nights while you check out the LA casinos, jus let me know. After the initial e-mail I never heard from him again and so I decided I wouldn't play that account until I was sure I was going to get my rakeback. My post was out of curiousity to see if anybody else had the same experience, seems I opened a can of worms. I only posted here b/c I thought people might know something. Most of my play now is at Full Tilt and unfortunately I signed up there without rakeback. Anyway, sorry to those who did play under Jayson's rakeback and lost money.

My confusion here comes from the moderator comment. It seemed that perhaps you were under the impression that Bluff was a moderator since KDawg's comment was really just in passing and didn't linger on the Bluff issue at all. Going back now that you've explained it, I can see how you mean KDawg not Bluff. Then you said this:

i read through most of this stuff. its true that jayson is irresposible and its unlikely anyone will recieve payments owed.I was associated with the site, helping to write articles, and never recieved a dime for my work. I think Jayson just gave up. My roommates and I are trying to get together our own affiliate program and would like for us to not be associated with him or his site. Thats harsh, but the kid was worthless.If I did more than just write articles I would dish out money owed but unfortunately thats not the case. I have no clue who is signed up through him and how much they are supposed to recieve.Personally, i think all the people that are getting rakeback through him should get new affiliates. Im supprised some of you havnt already. He never answers emails, IMs, or his own damn phone. The money you were suppose to get you wont get and the faster you get get going at another business the faster you'll start getting rakeback.I apologize for this happening. If there was anything I could do I would do it.

I agree w/ you on this one and I think its obvious that just because some has a certain stature on a forum does not give him the right to owe people money for months and not explain himself. Also those sticking up for him are doing so at the risk of their own reputation, because as it stands Jayson is obviously capable at this time of explaining himself and he has not. As such he is making (his friends) look like schlubs, because their defense of him is becoming less credible by the day. No offense to those who are his friend, but that is simply true. Take a look at the contrast between this and the previous thread. He should not expect to sit back post freely while his friends do his dirty work. You guys would do yourselves a favor by just not responding to these posts until he has made some effort to reply.

okay yoda, let me get this straight. You say that I'm a jagoff because of some things that I wrote that don't jive with you, aren't we quick on jumping to conclusions, seriously. I never said that posts in general strat are to be pointless and unimportant, but, there are other strat forums for specific stuff, and general strat is for theory, ideas, and glory posts. You are perverting what I wrote for your argument on me. You don't know my true character. Okay, really, you don't, and you are showing that you are deciding to be ignorant and wanting to attack me based on your own narrow interpretation of how you think of me. Telling me to get my head out of my ass isn't gonna elicit a positive respone from me, but that was what you were going for because you wanted to prove your point. If I sounded a bit calloused its probably becasue there is nothing anyone can do and that they should find another affilliate. Jayson screwed them, and talking about it here isn't gonna solve anything. As someone who used to talk to jayson a lot, I am surprised that he hasn't come good on it, and needless to say, my opinion of him has changed.
