Well I have been diagnosed with ADD, so that would work. However, I don't want to use a drug to friggin concentrate on poker. If a person needs a drug to enhance their ability to play, then they aren't really disciplined enough. I guess I answered my own question in a way. I also should play multi-table. I've gotten back into playing poker for awhile, both live and online. I have done pretty good until recently. I would blame it on cold cards, but it is not that fact. I have played focused for a minute. However, I can't seem to keep focused. I will lose either interst or get anxious too often. I was wondering if people have any solutions, both in live and online, to try and fix this problem. Any tips would be good.

I think the statement here is that he respects a player more when they build a bankroll on their own AND MAINTAIN that bankroll without sponsorship help. He believes that it is more of a challange to a player to keep a bankroll without sponsorship. However, he is wrong when it comes to the 'true pros'. First off, you are wrong as wrong can get when you classify a group of individuals whom take sponsorship money to help support their job and lifestyle. You are basically saying that if a pro poker play takes a sponsorship, they are not a pro anymore. I see the argument that you made with basebal

If the fire is not there, then you should either try to re-light it or move on to a different obsession/game. If it is there with no direction, then read some books and try to figure out what your flaws are. Start with basic feelings/mental ideas, such as impatience/uninterest/irrational thinking. Once you narrow that down, move from there.
