NoSup4U 0
i thought i remember on 4 about the last foxwoods WPT being so poorly run that a lot of people weren't going back there. does it seem down attendance wise so far?I dunno. Card room was full but not sure about tourneys. Up 2700 after day 1 here. gogogo. Played 5/10nl for about 6 hours. Saw some of the funniest stuff. Guy raises utg, 1 call, button 3bets to 250, sb shoves all in for 220 total, bb cold calls, utg calls, 1 caller folds. Flop K87ss, checks around. Turn 5s checks around. River 6s checks around. sb all in shows AsKx to scoop main pot. bb who COLD CALLED the 3bet shows T4h for the straight (on a 4spade board) to win the side pot lol.Utg raises donk calls. Flop AJT utg bets donk calls. Turn 9 utg bets donk calls. River 3 utg bets donk shoves 1800 into a 1000 pot. utg tanks it forever, donk finally calls the clock on him, utg snap calls. Donk shows J9 that I guess he was 2X pot value shoving? utg shows AT and scoops lol.Mark

cwik 0
:jealous face:Is that Sharp a plasma or LCD?Im looking and see one in my future...LCD... basically after all my research I concluded that no matter what I buy I am going to be extremely happy. On that note, LCDs seemed to have the least amount of drawbacks.I won't actually have HD programing until Monday, which means I have to suffer through one more Sharks game in normal Def. Life tilt. I've been taking a shot at 5/10 Omaha H/L Limit and I have seen plays way worse than I see at 1/2 (No need for the bankroll lecture - this is way out of my roll but has nothing to do with my life roll). People calling down with top pair, no kicker, no low, on a flush and paired board with a low out there. Makes me realize that poker is so far from dead, and there are HUGE donkeys in all of the low to mid stakes games.

Jordan 1
so i been reading a lil' on p5 just cause of all that mr. casino MA chit. I can't stand P5, but I love (not really) to read the MTT Multi accounting threads cause I think it's hilarious and 9/10, that's 90%(!), tournament players are stupid.Anyways, I decided to skim one of his (mr casinos) articles, and this just made me lol:"After the re-buy period I sat with 7900 chips, which was basically the lowest at my table, but still a deep stack as the blinds were only 100-200."donkaments.that's all.- Jordan

Jordan 1
I tallied up October. Here are my results, which I'm not thrilled by, but not upset by...So I played an abysmal 6.8k hands of hold em' on FTP. Prob 1k more or so on Cake, and around 13k hands of PLO. Total is no more than 22k hands, so I'm not too thrilled with that output at all. I know I "wasted" time at PLO (but that's a bit results based, cause had I won I wouldn't feel like it was a waste), as 6m PLO takes much longer to play compared to 6m hold em', and HU NL. I know losing that time really hurt me. I tried to make up for it in NLHE, but I really didn't get enough hands in. I won ~15.5k, which is nice, but just seems like such a let down considering I only played about 8k hands of hold em'.The most difficult thing for me with my schedule is hard to pin point. I have school (bleh), I have an internships, I should study, and I have a wife...all of those things take up time, some more important than the others, and I don't know where playing poker (working) should fit in. I feel and sound really lame calling it 'work', but I mean, that's what it is. So I'm just in a quandary. It's not really a serious quandary, it's just a bit of a weird situation.I'm going to only focus on hold em' for November. I'd like to play 20k hands of NL, as well as at least a few FTOPS events. I think if I can get in 20k hands this month then regardless of my results it will be a successful month. Even though I profited in October, I don't believe it to be a successful month. Maybe I'm pressuring myself, or maybe not enough, but anywho that's my goal for November and my results from last month.Come June, I'll be finished with school, and my internship, so perhaps then getting 30 and 40k months again will be easy.- Jordan
