another reason why there might be a lot of plastic surgery done there is because it's dirt cheap. so its not so much people need it as it is it so affortable people get it even for the smallest inperfections. im assuming a nose job would coast only about a grand there.

Purely based on watching the series of events on TV Antonio comes off as a 7th grade bully shanking a 6th grader while peeing into a urinal after lunch time. I guess it all depends on your level of maturity aka snobbishness. If you have a child-like sense of humor, this kind of thing is funny. Hell, I laughed the other day when I was eating breakfast with a friend and he ordered a mini-sausage sandwich. I guess I am just too immature. The world is too friggin harsh; laugh when you can.
