So, since I'm bored and have no life, I decided to see how the known-(to me)-pros are doing so far after day2A of the main event while checking the cardplayer chip counts:[please add other players you like, online-pros and FCP-players if you want to]13...Jeffrey Lisandro.............211,00026...Allen Cunningham.........172,00032...David Chiu....................150,00035...Cuong Do......................148,00054...Theo Tran......................113,00057...Humberto Brenes...........110,00070...Tony Bloom....................95,00070...David Pham....................95,00084...Juan Carlos Mortensen...82,50091...Hieu Ngoc "Tony" Ma......74,00092...Annie Duke....................73,00097...Richard Brodie................69,000105...Chris Ferguson.............60,000107...Hoyt Corkins................58,000113...Prahlad Friedman.........52,000122...David Grey...................45,000131...Daniel Alaei..................26,700133...Layne Flack..................25,000140...Phil Ivey......................20,000If Daniel Negreanu is able to add some chips to his stack in day2, he'll be in pretty good shape compared to the top-professionals in day 2A, GL.

If indeed! My friends are both hitting the same day 2 as DN with about 36k each. Is it fair to say that there are more or less pros in the second of the "Day 2"s. I figured that the later start would attract more of the amateurs but has this turned out to be the case?

that is freakin ridiculous. raymer making 5 million 2 years ago seemed insane. hell, even hachem making 7.5 mil. a 4.5 million dollar increase for first place in huge.
They only increased it by 50% when the field doubled last year, so it was due for a big bump

Much appreciated, but, who are Jeff Cabanillas and Daniel Heimeller?
I dunno, Heimiller was on PPT (with Seif saying he's good but had never won anything important) and Cabanillas beat Hellmuth headsup for a lot of mobney. And before anyone asks: Cecilia Mortensen probably isn't a great player aside from being Carlos' wife either. :club:

Very impressive focus and performance Daniel in Day 2B!! :club: I just signed up to the forum to say i've really enjoyed the video blog, the insights into the poker lifestyle and your take on all the big and little issues surrounding playing in the World series. You've been telling things honestly and it's been very revealing to watch the blog over the last month.I'll be joining FCP to try and have a crack at protegé 2 meanwhile if you run into any redheaded or panama hat wearing Irish men at your table be very careful :D You have been warned! :D

Cardplayer has apx. 1567 players left. I would assume that they would at least play down to the money(apx. 800) on Friday.
that number isnt right. AT least i dont think it is. I thought it was closer to 1160.
