Sal Paradise 57
"The average incoming freshman GPA is 3.74. SAT 25/75 percentile: 1040-1280. (See here for the freshman profile.) The most popular majors are biological sciences, psychology, and engineering. Costs are $7,495 for fees, $10,791 for room and board."hasn't SAT scoring gotten different though? isn't the top score like 2400 or something now? what do they want, people that somehow managed to make great grades while still being complete morons? sounds good to me.LADYGREY: I finally bought my black shirt. I was cruising the GAP online store today and saw that they had a black fitted button down and TOTALLY freaked out. so I stop by there after work just to see, and low and behold they had one. its so cool. I also bought two tshirts for twelve bucks a piece. I don't manage money well.
silkyjonson 1
Just got back from Toronto. OMG that city has so much ass its not even right.Saw Canada play Jamaica in World Cup Qualifying and the game was really good, great atmosphere would have been better if the Canadian goalie did'nt score an own goal and cost us the win. Also got dragged into watching the Dirty Dancing stage show which was rather gay, but better than expected.

I wanted to crack a joke to say hello but I did'nt want to get serious Bizzle off his game.I was serious about the game though-it might be the softest 2-5 or 5-5 game (depending on which coaches are involved) pretty much ever. I've been dying to get involved in it-apparently there are several people who play terribly, but the best we've been able to do is have someone watching it.

Wonder if he brought in any of the swimmers to that when it was happening, as that may have been one of the softest 10-20 games on the earth, I assume Mike did ok guys thought he was pretty tight and would just try to bluff him every chance they had. I said that I watched it and it was a farce, an energy induced thrill ride. But seriously, I think I said that I watched it and it was goofy, but I liked Clive Owen. It certainly isn't winning any awards for...anything.

Ron_Mexico 4,219
exactly, it's a silly romp, along with dead girl boobies and a stand in breast feeder. WHere do you go wrong when that type of stuff is in the script?

KDawgCometh 2
While my online persona my be crude, even the mention of my older brother and any sexual stories would be weird. My friends can tell me stuff all day and I get a kick out of it, male and female, but I agree, I don't want to hear any of that stuff from my brother. Never did. He's 5 years older than me, and we get along.my brother has told me way much more then I've ever in the next 3 lives I have needed to know. He opens his mouth a lot when drunkhe's been a huge ******* to me for basically my entire life. don't care to patch it up. he thinks we're buds but I'm basically using LG's being here as an excuse for not going to see him with the rest of the family over christmas. you just don't take a shit on someone for like 12 years in a row and expect everything to be cool.personally I'd tell him to fuck off and where to put it. I can't fully relate on it being my brother as mine and I are fairly cool with each other, but I got fed up with a friend shitting on me for several years and I just told him finally where to put it(along with me telling him he could get run over tommorrow and I wouldn't care)I commonly play the peacekeeper since there are plenty of family spats here and there but I get along with everyone. If I die my parents won't speak to my sister in law, my aunt won't talk to my parents, my grandmother won't talk to my cousins, and my nephew won't learn enough about drug use before he goes to college (that may be less important).teaching your nephew about drugs is very important, that way he gets used to being baked before college and knows about dank before he gets there. Busts out dank for girls who want to smoke, then he can have a good in with themDid Beans and Keith go on vacation?i've sorta been around. I'd try to catchup and then start doing something else, and then 5 other pages would happen and I'd be too lazy to catchup. I'm driving to a wedding on saturday morning, 6 1/2 hours to northern michigan, funDo ugly people know they are ugly?/sighI just made my first ebay purchasethere's now this thing called an ipod in which you can put your songs that you downloaded onto, its really coolAllow me to fill in the context - we were there with his parents, and him touching left me sat in awkward silence with them. Not very considerate or polite. We did see two or three other people using the ipod touches while we were there though, it's not just Strat that does it.(This is LG by the way) would've been funnier if you didn't note that. we'd then have schizostrat, and schizos have an interesting outlook on life

leftygolfer 7
A friend just posted an old video of me performing "I'm Not Gay" at some comedy club from about 7 years ago on my Myspace page. I play it too fast, play one too many choruses, look at my strings too much and not the audience enough, and have since added a couple funny parts that aren't in this version... But it was a nice nostalgic journey for me.At risk of internet overexposure, I'll give a link for anyone who wants to see it, it's in the comments section. Loogie's Myspace Good stuff.Beans hope Beau isn't sniffing around at Missy's butt too much up in doggie heaven.
Sal Paradise 57
so apparently I went to the 98th best liberal arts college in the country. shouldn't that be worth... no, it isn't worth anything. shit.
strategy 4
hahaha, this place I applied to (with my friend's recommendation, who is like an up-and-comer and going to be in management within a year) needed people in their software department and turned me down because I only had two previous jobs, one of which was for my parents. now, call me a crazy jackass if you will, but isn't it a POSITIVE to work as a manager/bookkeeper for the family business as far as responsibility and all that goes?I remember shake asking how anyone ever gets any work if previous work experience is always required... If the family business doesn't have your last name or anything in it I wouldn't mention it was a family business, you crazy jackass.I hate applying and interviewing for jobs...it's a dumb process that seems to me to be pretty unrelated to how well someone will do the job
Sal Paradise 57
well at least I have some sympathizers in here.and strat, that sucks but at least you got a reason as to why they didn't hire you. I think one of the things that sucks the most for me is that even though I'm applying to tons of jobs, I never know the reason why I'm not chosen (either for an interview or for the job). makes it pretty damn difficult to improve on your approach.
