BigFish 0
What do you think Daniels bankroll is? Or better yet what do you think his net worth is? To be able to afford to play these matches at 500K a pop, he has got to have more than 15 M? Assuming Mr. Wynn isnt bankrolling him in these matches, which is probably whats happening. diggler04 0
I was thinking that he is being bankrolled by Mr. Wynn, too. It is very good publicity.
Socko669 0
Hey. Daniel's bankroll is that jar of coins on his desk...look in the photo section and you will see it. There are a lot of quarters in it!
Waffles2003 1
how could he possibly have 15M ? Has he even won that much in tourneys since he started playing?

NicksDad1970 0
My initial thought is that Daniel was not putting all that money in himself. But since then Daniel has said it was all his money in these heads up matches. As far as his bankroll....I could only guess like the rest. I'm not very smart so I won't guess. Vade 0
Whatever X amount of money that he has I'm sure that if he loses a certain percentage of it, he will stop playing them. So far I think he's down like 400K (-200 to David, -200 to Joe C, +500 to Mimi, -500 to Barry) So he's off to a rough start...don't panic I'd say
Royal_Tour 0
I'm pretty sure his bankrole doesnt even matter anymore. His endorsements, TV appearances, commentating, websites. etc.. are all bringin in enough.
TJ_Eckleburg 0
I would imagine his poker bankroll is right around or less than 10 million dollars.I'd guess he's worth less than 25. Probably depends on how he invests.
GTKID 0
I would think more since he could lose that much playing 4k/8k for a week. He is risking what against Greenstein? 4.5 million? Thats a lot to risk even if you think you will win some unless you have more then 10 million. But of course only he can answer this.
elkang 0
I was thinking that he is being bankrolled by Mr. Wynn, too. Â It is very good publicity. This is unture and makes no sense whatsoever. Steve Wynn is not in the business of bankrolling high stakes players.Daniel has resources in casino lockboxes. I'm pretty sure he is well within his bankroll for his poker ventures,

Diabolical 0
hey socko, I'm goin to guesse why he has all those quarters. And I hope DN chimes in to say if i'm right or not. I saw him posting here a few minutes ago.He has all those quarters cause it's the change he gets when he buys himself a beer or a drink at the bar. I use to have tons of quarters on my desk (until i needed the money cause i was broke. But thats another story) from buying drinks at the Commerce bar. I would bring home, on average, about $4.50 in quarters a night. Hahahaha

funplyr9 0
not like it matters, but i figured his worth at a little over 20 mil. but poker makes up a lot of that. he is a smart guy , someone is covering the backend bigtime. investments, appearances, stacked..........so all in all net worth , with stock , and stuff, 35 mil. liquid cash to play 10 mil. jsut my 2 centsj

I'm pretty sure he is well within his bankroll for his poker ventures,Well of course Daniel is going to say that its his money, it would be bad publicity for himself to admit that he had to be bankrolled in his OWN challenge. But I suggested Mr Wynn may be bankrolling him because A) Its pocket change to him, after all he spend almost 4 Billion on the place.B) His actual risk is very low considering Daniel is only a small dog at worst in most of his matches.C) He just opened the casino and he is already paying Dainel a fourtune to be the Poker Ambassador, and it is getting the casino lots of publicity in the poker world, which is exactly what the Wynn is trying to attract. HoldemPokerPlyr 0
Last year he had a total of 5M or so in tournament winnings. So it's very possible.-HoldemPokerPlyr
MilesZS 0
I think it was $4.3 million. Sorry to be an ass.If you haven't noticed, or haven't been here long, Daniel is very honest about himself. If there is something he doesn't want people to know, he tends to just not say anything. That is why the regulars are saying that Daniel is using his own bankroll. You see, he responded to a thread that he certainly did not have to respond in (assuming I remember the details correctly) and stated simply, "It's my money."Of course, you are welcome to spin that however you want. (Such as, Wynn gave me this money and said "Here ya go, use this for something fun," and I chose these matches.) With all the business Daniel has going right now, it shouldn't be a surprise to anyone that he can cover the money. Besides, you guys act like he didn't have any money up until last year. I hope he's been saving for more than 12 months.

koolromeo 0
i doubt dn has 10 million in his bankroll. he won like 4 last year, but he spends a lot and gambles alot. he doesn't play cash games, and he can't make that much from endorsements. it's not like he's doing beer commercials or anything. the products he endorses are far from mainstream. he has no books or videos to get royalties from. there's no way he's getting millions to promote the wynn. the room only has like thirty tables. where's the value in paying him gigantic money with only 30 tables. i'm sure he's paid nicely, but no where near 7 figures. i'm not saying he's hurting for cash, but i doubt he makes a million a year from his endorsements, and he makes nothing from cash games, because he doesn't play them, except for these heads up matches which i;m sure will be over at the end of the summer. i'd say that he has a net worth between 7 and 10 million, which is a nice place to be when your under thirty five and unemployed! BigFish 0
He has to have more than 10m net worth if he is willing to loose 500k per match.
