steve7stud 0
So does it ever happen that other people try to read the person sweating the player, seeing as how Ted is mostly unreadable?I've sweat just about everyone in the game, I'm pretty sure it would be hard to get a read off of me. Another question Steve,At the Hustler stud game, are there any hero calls you've seen Ted make that were just crazy sick?I'm sure he's made some great calls. I can't think of any off the top of my head.Steve started it! And I only had a Sprite today. Steve - can I come watch you guys play at Hustler some time? You can always come and say hello to me if I am at the game.Chances are I will not be playing, but I do go to the game. For me personally, I can't beat the game with the current lineup. So I would rather watch.

When I saw her post in this thread I thought she had been gone for a while....T where have you been?Thank you. I am never really gone per se, I just go through periods where I am quiet. ******Steve... this is an awesome thread. Thanks so much for doing this. I know it is time consuming but it is extremely interesting and fun!Besides business, poker and craps is there something that Ted does, such as a hobby or pastime that we would find surprising? And why hasn't he mastered the computer and all it has to offer? (Yes, I know the questions are lame but I'm trying )
jkalib 0
Thanks Steve - can you tell us more stories about prop bets - the crazier ones Ted has been involved in. I'm always interested in hearing how they come about and how the terms are settled.
Dratj 0
Just wondering how you go about sweating these guys playing the Larry game. Do you pay some kind of coaching fee or do they just let to sweat them because they are nice guys? Also, what are a couple of the more important things you've learned from sweating the big games? rcgs59 15
Great thread Steve, I love watching Ted and I think it is because of his unorthadox style of play. he makes it interesting in a sense when we see some of his moves.

Jariso13 1
Great thread. I love stuff like this and am really looking forward to more...adding some more funny/interesting stories to them about life in casinos/on the poker circuit would be awesome...I think everyone is always curious about the life that these big poker pros such as Ted lead. Some of the disconnect that they have from the real world (ex. the buffet story) is hilarious, yet people still look up to certain aspects of their lives which makes them very interesting...And the Andy Beal book was a great book. It was similar to the writing that you did in this thread in that in gave everyone a somewhat more inside look at the life/mindsets of the most famous poker players beyond just the typical boring hand analysis. James D 0
Ted Forrest seems like the epitome of a guy who's personality is completely different to his 'appearance'. He looks like an accountant/careful type, but then he's prepared to put his whole br on the line in a poker game.Would you say Ted has any respect for money? (not saying that in a bad way... I admire it in many ways) Or would you say it's just an over-riding confidence, where he knows that whatever happens.. 'he'll be ok', type of attitude?
