NoBBiR 0
This is very much a live poker success story. It happens EVERYTIME I go to Turningstone. I'm really not a loud or obnoxious person. I'm really sort of quiet around people I don't know, but there is something that comes over me at the poker table, and I suddenly get the table into a frenzy just by kidding around and it always leads to the place going from the morgue to like a bar in terms of atmosphere.two handsLOL. The first one is just beyond funny.

droberts 3
how'd the action go when you were bluffed ?he limped.. i raised to 0.20... only villain called. Flop 8 6 J (pot 0.47) i bet 0.35 .. he calledturn K (pot- 1.17) i fired 0.75 he called. river 2 (pot- 2.67) i bet 1.50 and he check raised all in for around $6... dont remember his exact stack..i had Position on him the whole way so he was check/calling and on river when he checked i thought i could get a little extra value out of a Jx.. maybe J 10, Qj, or possibly AJ.... but when he raised all in.. i didnt see how i could have the best hand so i folded. but he showed 9 7.and after both of the hands i just put a little extra notes on him and moved on.. obviously steamed though..lolAs for the Aces hand. I was Utg+1 and he was BB.Raised to 0.20 pre, he calledFlop K J 7 rainbowBet 0.35 he called pot was at 0.47turn was a 6 ( pot at 1.17)he donkbet 0.50 and i raised to $2, he calledriver- 10 ( pot 5.17)it went check, check and he rolled over the dominating 10 7 off suitand btw.. he didnt have a flush draw at all... straight called me down with 10 7 on that board. KingJames 11
Ok, I'm BAW and I didn't bring my laptop I don't have the HH, but here was an interesting hand from yesterday that I've been thinking about.Villain is BB and it's his first hand. Effective stacks are 100bb, 9 handedHero is CO with AhQh5 folds, Hero raises to 3bb, 2 folds, BB calls (6.5bb)Flop is Qc 8d 6cVillain donks 4bb. Hero calls. (14.5bb)I'm most likely crushing his range here, but with a new villain, I'd like to take a call/call/call line if he's going to donk 3 street and see what he's up to. If he has a weaker queen I'll let him hang himself and if he has a lower pair/air I have position if he gives up.Is this flawed? The idea of playing a small pot with an unknown when he first sits down (full stack; so I assume he'll be around for a little). Turn 4hVillain bets 6 bb, Hero calls. (26.5bb)I know there is a flush draw and a wtf str8/or str8-draw...River 9xVillain bets 6bb, hero??????obv he's lol-teribad, this should be a call-down, right?I figued a non-club non-ace/king river I'd raise, but what am I beating that he calls a raise with at this point? I should have value towned him on the flop, thoughts??
