Temporary Nuts 1
I'm mad I lost the transcript but I have been running so bad lately I had a VIP chat with AP tech support asking them to turn off my doomswitch. -20BI and forced to drop a level in only 10k hands. There is definitely some play bad in there but I think I've improved my game somewhat. I have done away with the call button preflop, for one. Now if I could just hold up in at least 50% of my 70-30's i'll be back to profits.I'm tired of being dealt the nuts, check-raising all in on the flop when I flop the nuts, and losing to runner runner. Temporary Nuts 1
So like, I am thinking of ways to get employed, and I thought one good idea would be to teach a poker class when college is back in session.I was thinking I would hijack a library room once/twice a week and charge $200 for a 13 week course, hoping to get 25 students.Advertising it would be EZ because college campuses are incredibly easy to advertise on. And Drexel/Penn are close together and filled with kids with a lot of money and time to throw away.Bad idea? Terrible idea? Who the f would have TN teach them poker?
tskillz187 0
I think you won't get the attendance you want. College kids are generally poor, the poker boom has passed, people interested in poker probably don't think they need the advice especially from someone who isn't a name player. However, I think it's low risk so you could go for it.If you did I'd be pretty serious about it and have a syllabus with the 13 week schedule spelling out exactly what you are going to teach and at what speed. trystero 0
you might have to get clearance from the university to use its property to teach your own course

NoBBiR 0
I'd shove he's got like $1 behind.+1.God I've been on vacation to the Finger Lakes in Central New York for 2 weeks and am going back for the rest of August. It's ballin' but I miss having internet access. Though now I am significantly less pale. I've been basically a polar bear my whole life but I'm getting color, playing tennis, watersports, and occasionally working at a restaurant for beer monies. Some dude drown pretty close by in a lake though by my friends cabin while tubing though. They can't find his body in one of the smaller lakes, so I have this sneaking suspicion he faked his own death. SCUBA GEAR UNDER WATER, FAKE DEATH TO GET AWAY FROM WIFE AND TODDLER, MOVE TO VEGAS, DIE OF METH ADDICTION, THE END.
