Scotty has the perception of being a good guy, so what he is actually like is not at all relevant in terms of whether he will be good for poker if he wins the ME again. I have talked to him a couple of times earlier in the series while having a cig out back and he is just plain cool to everyone he meets, willing to shoot the chit with everyone.
