Well, I believe the real reason for making a darker room is based on how many cameras they have shooting. With a lit room, it doesn't make for good tv to see cameras everywhere. Secondly, I think the feed we're watching is just dark, because when I watched the first two events on TV, they had the same lighting, and you could see everything fine. Granted, that was in HD.

I actually like the darker room....all that needs to be seen is the poker table and players....who cares about the crowd behind?

Tell me again with 12 million in chips, why calling 1.7 million preflop and seeing an 8 high flop, you can get away from the hand. Why is it a MUST, to push preflop with A high?
