The worst hand I ever folded was Q J . Five people all-in pre-flop and want to wait until the money so I fold. The flop comes 10 K A !!!!!!!!!!! I would of flopped the nuts and not let some dip win with a pair of 10s!!!!!!! BTW this just happened like a half hour ago.

The best way to take a loss is just accept it. I like to see where the hand went wrong if it's a flaw in my play then I try to fix it. If I just got ulucky and was outdrawn on it's much more irritating because there is really nothing I can do about it.
