  1. if you're still in need of a RB when turner returns from injury, pick him up...he might not play a lot but when they get him in there he has shown he can play, plus he is one of the better kick returners around, provided that's worth something in your league...even if he doesn't do much it's worth having him so you can keep him away from LT's owner(mistake on his part not picking turner up imo)
  2. killrus, it's more like 1.4k to win 3.5k, which makes it a fold i think, not to mention that we could possibly be dead against a 7...we can beat a flush draw but that's itthe c-bet is fine, i might have slowed down since i was OOP but it's not bad either way
  3. against a complete unknown, it's a ridiculously hard spot here..."standard" players don't try the UTG limp/reraise trick usually unless they have aces or kings, but then again there are some nutcases that will try to resteal this way, or other players who might do this with A-K, and the flop shove is completely predeterminedhonestly, my very best advice to avoid this spot next time by either shoving or folding pf, instead of just calling the re-raise...just calling would be best if villain were deeper, but he doesn't have enough chips to do anything except open-shove any flopi think i'd call b
  4. if you're going to raise pf you don't need to make it 5k...about 3500 or so should have been fine...and yes i think i prefer raising over limping behindYOU HAVE TO RAISE THE FLOP!!! you should be dying to get your money in at this point, and the quickest and easiest way to do so would be by raising...even if you just call the flop for whatever reason, you could still raise the turn...now as played you would probably get broke by playing it this way but i think this is still the best linei don't really like the call on the end, what do you beat? if he's bluffing wouldn't he bet more?overall, th
  5. after checking the stacks more closely i agree, shove pf or fold
  6. you can't play this any other way
  7. i agree with the play, but if you are actually playing tight and solid wouldn't you want someone to know that you raised with Q-7 so when you pick up a hand you won't get as much credit?
  8. you have an easy raise here i think, my standard number is 250, anything up to 400 is reasonable
  9. you might want to consider laying off the enter buttonyou're right about raising/folding this hand in ep, and it should apply to almost any position unless there are already a sea of limpers in there...if someone raises it and you have position or are in the BB it is an easy call...basically the only spot where i would think about throwing this hand away is probably in the SB after a tight player raises it, otherwise it is a very playable hand
  10. your fold is fine, since he plays every hand and plays his hands passively i would expect for you to be up against a set or two pair a lot of the time
  11. at my last check we aren't cheerleaders at a basketball game herei propose an official movement to ban chants from threads
  12. i'm ok with the way you played the first hand, pf is a gamble but you only have a little more than 10% invested...the flop shove could be done with literally any hand he'd re-raise with pf imoi don't like the smooth call on the flop of the second hand, he could easily have the Ad which you are now allowing to draw for free...as played, the river bet looks like a desperate bluff or maybe even a very oddly played nut flushon the last hand, i really have no clue what that bet means, i'm not even going to muse on what it could meanbasically, you're probably right on with your own reasoning, it's a
  13. the blinds are huge late in MTTs, so i would be led to believe that since you aren't losing any pots, you probably aren't playing very many, and if you aren't ever playing then the huge blinds and antes just wash your stack away...you have to play players and stacks at this point and then hope you catch a few cards, it's that simple to me because the blinds are so big you don't get too much play...so maybe you just aren't catching cards at the right times, but otherwise you might consider getting a little more aggressiveand to answer the actual question here, i don't think that you should real
  14. honestly, i think you were just desperate to take a pot from the guy and that you really should have folded every street, but good call anyway
  15. i'm not so sure i'm liking the call on fourth street, how many hands can you expect to be ahead of here, esp with the third player in the pot? UTG certainly looks like he has J-10-x-x, and either one of them could potentially have queens up
  16. i would have gone for a c/r on the flop, since the pf re-raiser was behind you left to actas played, i would make about a pot-sized bet on the turn, you could still get value from weaker hands since you led into the pf re-raiser, which often is a sign of weakness to people
  17. just call, for you to get two callers on the flop someone with so many people in there someone has a king, and there's no reason he couldn't have had the Ks in handi think i might have checked the turn here just because someone has to have a king or better most likely, but otherwise it's fine
  18. your team looks pretty good there...bulger is a top 10 QB, jones-drew and taylor are definitely worth having, fitzgerald is a top 5 WR, you have the best TE in football and another guy who is top 10, even a really good kicker and a decent defense...since you said your scoring system is TD-heavy, then jacobs is a good option alsoonly worrisome problem i can see is what you already pointed out, you have trouble at wideout...smith is your second wideout for sure and though you have depth there i'm not liking any of the options...i don't think you're going to get many points out of bennett, the ra
  19. i think i would smooth-call it here...the only hand he could possibly have on the flop is a straight draw of some sort, maybe with a pair...he's not going to call if we shove, but he may call if we just call here
  20. i don't know about your 4-bet there pf, against an UTG raiser and a re-raiser in between i think i might have just smooth-called and taken the flop from there, but your play isn't terrible either wayas played, since you made the 4-bet pf, you HAVE to bet the flop, checking there is so extremely weak it's not even funnyhe's not folding an ace on this turn card, but all your problems would be solved by betting the flop, then you wouldn't have had to make the decision you did on the turn...as played betting here is bad i think only because you will only get called by hands you beat, and they won'
  21. you almost have to value bet this hand here, checking a set on the end would be incredibly weak imo
  22. i think you played it ok, with a million callers in between on the flop though i would expect to find out that someone has a 3
