iClint 61
Just got to the new hotel. No fitness center. Might just go pay the $10 daily fee at the Y but that seems excessive when my gym membership is $40/month.
Cha! Cha! 628
You need to google "bodyweight exercises." Also google: "running outdoors."
Cha! Cha! 628
And you think you're qualified to tell me how to live my life. Watch more tv and get back to me. Oh, that reminds me... Greatest commercial ever? http://youtu.be/Q5-8DcqaANk
iClint 61
I'm to fat/slow to run outside. Can't stand the thought of someone like Brv driving by and judging me. And you just don't get the same pump from doing body weight stuff versus actual weights. Basically...I'm lazy and I know I won't push myself as hard if I don't leave my hotel room. Also, I got a free room upgrade because of my elite platinum status with this hotel chain. I mean, it was an upgrade from a single queen to a double queen, but still. Cha! Cha! 628
That extra bed will come in handy if you have another girl over.
Ron_Mexico 4,219
What are you basing this on? That you friended one of his friends way back when. Oh, that reminds me... Greatest commercial ever? First time I saw that I may have been buzzed and made the same declaration. He was pretty solid on that show "Don't trust the B in Apt 23". He played himself, literally. I don't think you know how to do pushups correctly if that is the case.

Don't always just be defeatist awful. If my tubby, slow ass can run/walk on a trail in front of people, you certainly can. Plus, go do a crossfit workout where it's just body weight exercises. Guarantee your heart will want to explode. More so than your hotel gym workout. Fck, you guys and your defeated attitude, always. Just annoying. I mean, if you don't want to do it, just say "I feel like laying on my queen bed and tossing one off, but for fcks sake, stop worrying about other people looking at you. I got some bad news for you, and suited and whomever else thinks people are watching and judging your workouts. NOBODY GIVES A FCK ABOUT YOUR FAT ASSES. You aren't that interesting. Nobody is watching you. And if someone does say something, it's a license to fight
InternetExplorer 2,609
What are you basing this on? presumably he's basing it on the fact that you did it best way to deal with napa's "I'm a bigger gentleman but I don't feel like directly addressing it" line is to not acknowledge it anymore

InternetExplorer 2,609
if these dudes want to complain about being overweight but don't want to take steps to improve, they probably aren't even posting about it here for input, so why would we respond to it? I say jeepster the offending posts.
InternetExplorer 2,609
I'm not saying I wasn't guilty of that type of posting style back before I entered the job market.

Napa Lite 3,278
F you buddy. I'm trying alright. I'm down like 10 pounds the past month and I've been ramping up workouts and trying to eat better but its hard when I'm on the road all the time and your boss expects you to drink. Essay21 2,385
Also I like how Ronny mentioned cross fit, definitively proving he did not listen to the best of LeBatards from last week and hear the cross fit segment. Nappy can't handle cross fit because nobody can. That thing is craziness.
Cha! Cha! 628
Jesus Christ, I'll spend the $10 at the Y. You should get something like an Insanity workout DVD and just bring that with you on all your road trips.

My issue isn't with you working out or not working out. You have been getting after it pretty good lately. I just hate the "oh, somebody is gonna see me and make fun of me". That is the dumbest shit ever

Nappy can't handle cross fit be user nobody can. That thing is craziness. I think his point was that you can get a serious workout with just body weight exercises, not that Napa should jump into Cross Fit.
Essay21 2,385
I just do push ups in my room. I agree with nap that I don't want people looking at me. But I not like people looking at me ever, in any situation. Can't stand it. Hate it. Hate eye contact too.

Nappy can't handle cross fit be user nobody can. That thing is craziness. I actually did a month of crossfit. Heck, American Ninja Warrior filmed a couple of the favorites at my Crossfit gym. It was super hard. If you can't do all of the specific exercises, they have workarounds. I backed off because I pushed myself too hard and the box jumps would wreck my knees for a day or two. Napa could do it. He would suffer, just like anyone would. It's a good experience
