They want to make a huge example just like they did with Neteller, so they can scare others into shutting down. They would target one of the big boys: PokerStars or Full Tilt Poker.If I was a pro that owned part of one of these companies (ie: Howard Lederer) I'd be pretty nervous right now. The U.S. has no authority to say it is illegal to operate, or own, or work for a gaming website that is based outside the U.S. Thus their is no law stating any of that. What the law says is that it is illegal to transfer funds from the U.S. to one of those gaming websites. DN is not in anyway involved in the transfer of funds to or from the U.S. What they are doing with this Neteller crap, is they are trying to enforce U.S. law outside their jurisdiction. Neteller is not a U.S. based company but the DOJ feels they have jurisdiction because Neteller does business with U.S. customers. It's just more arrogant BS coming from our govt. Its the only way we'd get the press we need, and once it gets into the public eye and there is a real debate on the subject we would win. It makes no difference if they get a conviction or not the hundreds of thousands of dollars that will be spent on their defense and property seizure is to serious for me.
