Stupidhead 2
Hey guys.I took today off and I prob won't play tomorrow either. I've thought a bit about my recent results and poker in general.I am gonna keep playing. I still love poker and honestly I'll probably play recreationally for the rest of my life. I love the challenge and I want to succeed. No more volume prop bets or worrying about my volume. I'll never be a mega-grinder and I'm fine with that. I think playing 3-5 tables and playing when I feel like it will be great. If I bore stupidhead while he sweats, he'll just have to deal with it I need to recommit to getting better. I think I got a little complacent. I think overall I just need to focus on learning, making good decisions and caring less about results. I just watched a video and took a ton of notes and really watched it critically. I turned off AIM, Skype and shut down the internet. Quality > quanity when it comes to studying now.Back at school also. I am stoked to get back onto a more rigid schedule and study, grind, study etc. Like I bragged about last month, I got a 4.0 last semester and I want to do that again. I also want to stay committed to fitness by going to the gym 4x a week as I can't go out hiking and stuff as much in the winter.I may take tomorrow off as well, but I'll be back on the grind soon. I need to play better, under more ideal conditions and get this ish turned around. The road to robusto starts nowaidfslhasldkjsakldkhlsalk

SuperJon 175
I would bet river. The fish wouldn't fold an Ace highThe reg had Ace high, not the fish.I would've bet if it was just the reg in the hand, but I don't know if he calls often with just Ace high when there's still a player behind him to act.Edit: I may have misunderstood. Were you saying to bet because IF the fish had Ace high, he wouldn't fold?

KingJames 11
I'll pitch KQo vs nitty utg open most of the timewe're gonna be dominated and oop. So we either have to try to get value oop or we just value towned... bad comboAs played I might foldhis flop check, turn raise and river bet looks like AK a lotttttttIn game I call and sigh, and then remind myself why folding KQ vs an utg raise oop is good
