Well, it really depends on the situation. Yesterday I had a guy slow-roll me with the obvious best hand and I was about an 8. On average though, I'd put it at a 4. Sometimes I'll slam my fist on the table, but that's about the extent of it. You just kinda pick up and move on.

At first when I first started playing online, I got beat on the river when I put someone all in off the flop by their only 2 outs- that would be 20+, I think I threw shit and complained to 20 people. But now, I take beats like that all the time-they are just a part of the online game, so with this new maturity-only a 3

I play limit so one bad beat is like a 4 but a string of them is like an 8. When I take a bunch of bad beats in a row I go beat the hell out of the punching bag I have dowstairs.I do have a big of temper.

It depends on the beat but I have reached the boiling point before. Usually its around a 4. I hit the table or throw something after a bad beat or a really stupid play I see. Occasionally I get really pissed and I beat the crap outta my roommate. So sometimes it gets up there.... around 12 or so...

Usually a bad beat hardly affects me, I laugh it off with the thought of getting them next time. So 2 or 3.But I can get to 7, at worst. It takes me a lot to get up out of my chair and storm around then throw stuff. This only happens after multiple beats against the same person. No holes in the walls or anything of the sort though. This was actually posted at doylebrunsonfan.com last night, one of the posters there had a bit of rage after a bad beat.26fpokeranger0ii.th.jpg

I'm getting better but a series of beats by bad players can still make me lose it minorly. Most of the time I'd say I'm between a 1 and 3, even with a couple of bad suckouts. When they start to mount and seems like the poker gods hate me it can get as high as 7 or 8 at which point walls/desks might get hit and/or it's time to take a break.Sidenote: Clay chips shatter spectacularly when thrown at the wall at high velocity. :club: Zara

8I don't think I've ever been seriously enraged for any extended period of time and I've never done or said anything irreversable because of a bad beat, poker or computer experience. I've been really p'd off for a few mins about a bad beat though.

2Bad beats don't phaze me at all - I have a good understanding that gambling means the cards fall against me from time to time.Im also a classic type B personality - laid back, happy go lucky, patient.Good personality type for poker, IMO.Dev

When playing poker, maybe a 2 or 3. I don't really get to mad unless it is at myself. Like when I hit the nut flush on the turn only to have someone hit quads on the river (happened last night). Oh well. Now when I was big into online gaming (first person shooters mainly), I broke a mouse or two.

I have a hole in my wall. 25 dollar STT, I raised big pre-flop with pocket kings and the guy called, I then went all in(it was about twice the size of the pot) and the guy called with j 10, nothing but a gut shot straight draw, which hit.I dont get nearly as mad any more, just a little gloomy.A guy hit a 2 outer on the river yesterday against me in a 5K tourney. We were down to the final 12 and I was 4th place in chips, but he was 2nd. We both were all in on the flop, I had top two pair, he had top and bottom pair and of course the river tripped the board with that bottom pair and I just dropped the poker chips I was playing with, then went outside to have a cigarette. I of course told a few of my friends about it, but there was no anger this time.
