Bet. Your fold equity is high here if he missed. He isn't raising with anything other than a J or Q and if you check he will surely bet.

30% to $150 @ UB running now. You have typical new player stats. Better than most since you are actually fairly tight. Anyways, you aren't nearly aggressive enough. Your PF raise should be more around 8-10% and your aggression shuld be more around 2-2.5 on all streets.
-
Wow... I live poker always like this?
-
Unless someone knows you will do this everytime. Of course at 1/2 that won't be the case.
-
When you multi-table shorthanded games it happens.
-
Beats my misclick PF cap with 96o. That sucks.
-
Do you think UTG is dumb enough to open limp with QQ or JJ?
-
Yea, easy 3-bet on the flop.
-
Easy raise PF. If you aren't going to raise the flop raise the damn turn. And yea, reading the 2+2 short handed posts are just about the best advice you will get on playing short handed.
-
well then!wrto can probably give you better help on your SH #sbut hes probably going to see 570 hands and close the page. This wasn't a serious stats post. Just an anti-bad beat post. But yes, these are pretty LAG like stats even for shorthanded.
-
Forgot to mention, this was shorthanded. 4-6 handed usually. And yes, I know this isn't sustainable. My long terms stats are more like VPIP 23, overall AF 2.86, PFR 15%.
-
I had a string of 570 really nice hands. But no, my long term stats are no where near this.
-
Isn't it nice when variance works the other way too? BTW, this was at 6-max tables (which were usually 4-6 handed).
-
Without variance (including bad beats) the fish wouldn't think they can actually win.
