Depends on how villain has been treating their blind, really. If you raise every CO and Button that's folded around to you, expect their 3-bet range to widen so a 4-bet here is not at all bad. But if the BB has been laying down to most open raises or just calling and folding to a c-bet, you can probably fold your 9's preflop and feel ok about it. I'm not a fan of just calling with the 9's since you've now created a big pot and even though you have position, overcards will come and you will now face a tough decision on the flop. His 3 betting range is wider than you think, so 4 betting him mean
