Last time i was there it was won the night before and 3 times that week, happens all the time, Im not sure if they made it so that quads have to be beat by better or not cause its just aces over tens last time I was there, which happens more frequently then quads.

Last week I turned 150 into 1400 in two hours on 2/4NLHE. That was the start of a week-long rush that is showing no sign of slowing down. Said it before, say it again : 2/4NL is the softest game on the net IMHO.

I once saw daniel sit down at a 10 cent table on stars and plop a little over $100,000 down just for fun.In a live $2-$5 game I saw a guy buy in for $15,000 - he was new to the game and had just won a bunch at craps. He wanted to try poker so he plunked all his chips down - not knowing he couldnt take them back off the table.

Funny, most people think 2/4NL is the point at which competition is significantly better than lower stakes. From what I've heard, you can come close to beating 1/2NL for the same gross $ amount at 2/4. Anyway, my contribution would be an overall largeness of a game. I played in a 2/5 game at the monte carlo last week that started as a 1/2 before I got there. By the time I sat down, there was about 10k on the table w/ 3 stacks of 3k or better. By the time the game borke, there was about 15k on the table w/ 2 stacks pushing 5k.

the biggest stack online i've seen was actually me where i had like 650 at .5/1 on bodonkeylive in the house game i play at, i'd say about 2K or close to it where the guy bought in for 120 and min/max is 100/300

It was a $200 max buy in the beginning when it was 1/2. Stacks got so large that everyone had agreed in the middle of the night to make it a 2/5 with a 500 max buy in. Most people that lasted the game bought in for 200. I came late so I was in for 500.
