Whatever docking costs are associated with a yacht are paid for as well. Definitely the Yacht. He hasn't heard from her much but she has tried to maintain some minor communication recently so he doesn't write her off completely. She reiterated Thursday night her desire to not date me and has been texting me a lot more than usual including a daily "good morning" text. And I've just been giving short responses, never texting first, etc. Edit: Hmmm...maybe Tilty doesn't get me, but in his defense, he wasn't privy to the Thursday conversation. There's a ton of churn in fundraising, so it's a nice place to point out who knows who. I have job title and some duties listed, but I would never put my résumé up. I like to edit it in certain ways when sending it, and it's awesome, truly fantastic. A friend of mine is a highly successful business writer, and she wrote it. Midget training today. Agreed. Linkedin is how I got the job I have now. I believe it is a powerful tool to get yourself exposure as well as searching for people in the companies/industries you are interested in. There are a shit ton of groups on linkedin for just about every field where recruiters, job seekers and just people from the industry are members. The vast majority, probably 80% minimum, of the interviews I had while I was unemployed came directly through linkedin. I think I told the story before but the short version is that I identified my current company as one I was interested in, searched for people that worked for the company and found the head of recruiting, sent her a note of my interest, she requested my resume and a few days later I was called by the regional manager that ultimately hired me.
