I Called In Sick Today

Recommended Posts

You know, the thing about boob larvae is this. Upon first inspection, I was like "say, this isn't bad at all, what is all the freak out about" But the problem is, it's insidious . Like, I can't get it out of my head. I'll look at a picture of a chick's boobs, and just see them pock-holed with larvae, and it's beginning to nauseate me me. I'm going to have to change my rating to 8.8 and rising.Edit: So, I did a web search, trying to confront my disgust, and find out what the hell was wrong with that boob, because that was part of what was maddening, and i have discovered that it was a photoshop of a seed pod and a boob. Which helps my piece of mind immensly, and has dropped the sick out factor of the picture a ton, now that I know those are seeds and not larvae. Hopefully this will translate into larvae-free porn viewing
If there was a 12 step program for boob larva, this would be part of it.

and after 3 days, he is risen!

If you are paying $20 for a haircut, I imagine people assume you did it yourself anyway.

Pocket change cost me my first and only black girlfriend.   It was in the middle of a roaring poker boom and I was flush in ways most men don't even bother dreaming of. Money, it was like dirt to me

I'm floored by anyone who voted for Bush that has the balls to criticize anyone else's vote this year. Not just you guys in this thread, in general. It's kind of shocking to me that someone could vote for him (twice!) and still think that they look anything but ridiculous while complaining about this year's results after their guy and his administration put us in a hole in pretty much every way imaginable.

I am just tired of all these fiercely conservative Republican voters who are acting like the world is coming to an end when Obama takes over the Presidency. It's so childish, calling Obama supporters "stupid", saying the country is "fucked". They may not agree with some of Obama's policies, but that doesn't mean they should write him off as a bad President before he is even inaugurated. I am tired of the bitter and adversarial attitude people are exhibiting. I thought that competitiveness would disappear after the election, but they're still bitching.

Well, the funny thing is that the bolded part may be true, but it's because of them. Obama's the one who has to try and clean up the mess.I don't know...I'm usually not very political. Shit, if the economy hadn't completely tanked and Palin hadn't arrived on the scene, there's a decent chance I would have voted for McCain (I've always been a fan) or more likely just wouldn't have voted and would have been fine with either candidate winning.Newsweek.com has an awesome 7 part story on the campaign if anyone is interested. They had people embedded with all of the main candidates for 2 years with the stipulation that they wouldn't run anything until after the election. It's very interesting stuff.

I don't give a shit about the presidency, its that the government is supposed to be all checks and balances so that blind party affiliations don't rule the country. Only one Republican unseated a current democrat in the country in the senate, and that Democrat lost only because they were in all sorts of shit. The numbers are staggering, and its not good.

And your the guy who thinks Obama is going to create a secret police and be like Hitler. Seriously, who is the dumb one here?
EVERY CONSERVATIVE LISTEN CLOSELY.The keeping the 60% major majority out of the hands of the democrats is larger than losing the general election. This will hopefully keep any radical socialist programs at bay.Of all the things that Obama has said publicly, by far the scariest is his citizen brigade that will be as well armed, manned and funded as our military. This is how Adolf Hitler took power with his SA that overtook the military. I don't say this lightly. I am not throwing out hyperbole. I am not saying that is what is going to happen here, but the similarities in ideals is frightening. I can't help repeating the same cliche':"Those that ignore history are doomed to repeat it"
I hate being truly mean, but dude, you're a fucking joke.

better not keep searching then, you might find the videos of the doctors pulling maggots out of boobs, and the oozing puss holes, and wiggly wiggle little white things....
http://www.snopes.com/photos/medical/breastrash.asp Apparently the video is real, but it's the only documented occurrence ever.

Why can people not vote for Bush AND be disappointed in his decisions? I always vote for the candidate that will be most likely to protect the constitution. Obama said in 2001 that the constitution is outdated and needs to be rewritten, so he's not my guy. I have personally met him and I love him. I think he's great, but he's not the person I want in charge, so I voted for McCain. Bush had the perfect opportunity to reduce spending and make the government smaller... especially in 2000-2004, maybe he even would have if 9/11 hadn't happened, but he screwed the pooch. But knowing that he wouldn't do that I would still go back in time and vote for him twice again, because Gore and Kerry would have been worse... and not matter what happened Bush's presidency was an overwhelming success because of two words.... Roberts and Alito. One more thing. The crashing economy had nothing to do with Bush. The main responsibility falls on the banks themselves with the secondary blame going to the dems for blocking the changes that the repubs wanted to make.

The start of the mess...http://query.nytimes.com/gst/fullpage.html...mp;pagewanted=1http://www.govtrack.us/congress/record.xpd...09-s20060525-16Congressional Record > May 25, 2006FEDERAL HOUSING ENTERPRISE REGULATORY REFORM ACT OF 2005The United States SenateMay 25, 2006Section 16Sen. John McCain [R-AZ]: Mr. President, this week Fannie Mae's regulator reported that the company's quarterly reports of profit growth over the past few years were "illusions deliberately and systematically created" by the company's senior management, which resulted in a $10.6 billion accounting scandal. The Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight's report goes on to say that Fannie Mae employees deliberately and intentionally manipulated financial reports to hit earnings targets in order to trigger bonuses for senior executives. In the case of Franklin Raines, Fannie Mae's former chief executive officer, OFHEO's report shows that over half of Mr. Raines' compensation for the 6 years through 2003 was directly tied to meeting earnings targets. The report of financial misconduct at Fannie Mae echoes the deeply troubling $5 billion profit restatement at Freddie Mac.The OFHEO report also states that Fannie Mae used its political power to lobby Congress in an effort to interfere with the regulator's examination of the company's accounting problems. This report comes some weeks after Freddie Mac paid a record $3.8 million fine in a settlement with the Federal Election Commission and restated lobbying disclosure reports from 2004 to 2005. These are entities that have demonstrated over and over again that they are deeply in need of reform. For years I have been concerned about the regulatory structure that governs Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac--known as Government-sponsored entities or GSEs--and the sheer magnitude of these companies and the role they play in the housing market. OFHEO's report this week does nothing to ease these concerns. In fact, the report does quite the contrary. OFHEO's report solidifies my view that the GSEs need to be reformed without delay.I join as a cosponsor of the Federal Housing Enterprise Regulatory Reform Act of 2005, S. 190, to underscore my support for quick passage of GSE regulatory reform legislation. If Congress does not act, American taxpayers will continue to be exposed to the enormous risk that Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac pose to the housing market, the overall financial system, and the economy as a whole.I urge my colleagues to support swift action on this GSE reform legislation.Democrats blocked this bill before it could come to a vote.

1. 50% of subprime loans were issued by banks not subject to comprehensive federal supervision, and above and beyond that, the hardest-hit markets reside almost entirely in the s&p/case-schiller home price indices. let that sink in for a minute before citing the NY times article regarding clinton asking FNMA/FRE to loosen lending standards for lower income areas back in 1998.2. the CRA had nothing to do with the number of fraudulent, no background check type loans we've seen. for example, what govt legislation encouraged lenders to use obviously crooked appraisers repeatedly? 3. I'm in KU business. I've attended multiple non-partisan lectures on the topic from a number of widely respected econ professors... thanks, but I don't think 60 minutes has much to offer me, LOL4. what, you mean the legislation mccain attempted to introduce in 2005, when the seeds had already been planted?more reading on the topic, if anyone else is still convinced that the CRA or the GSEs are to blame:"It's still not CRA""Misunderstanding Credit and Housing Crises: Blaming the CRA, GSEs"
#s 1 and 4 seem relevant to this discussion.

I voted for Obama, and he called me dumb. So you know, eye for an eye? You did the same thing insinuating that people who voted for Obama are not wise. If you want to insult people then grow some balls and be ready to get some back. Debate? Where was there a debate? Jeff showed a pic that showed the voting trends of a certain demographic and you and Sean basically called people who voted for Obama stupid. There was no debate. FU

I was using the word debate differently than you are implying. I was using it as a general term referring to our disagreements. "Fuck ME!? Fuck ME?!?! FUCK YOU!" (I'm just kidding, I don't really want to fuck you.) Also, I didn't realize he called you dumb.

You really have no right to write this. All over the political section, you use plenty of insults for people who vote Dem, so please, just stop. You're not as horrible as LMD, but you are an 8 Iron away. I'm always late to the party in those threads, but I have had about 5 of your quotes in my sights, but lose interest when it's 5 pages later. You've been nothing but insulting, so don't play that "Insulting is bad" card

Unused. You?I went to a couple of cool places in Downtown Delray, a cool little street with a bunch of bars and restaurants. Saw a bunch of friends I hadn't seen a while. Didn't do too much with any single ladies. Oh well, one of these days I'll grow some balls.

I feel like the political threads are at the playground, where you are trying to incite people into debate, and this thread is home. I leave the general insults for the playground. Also, I try to not to attack non-troll indivuals... but I may have let a few slip. I view general insults differently than personal attacks. By all means, please respond next time.... you and I always have thoughtful and insightful discussions. If I have ever been out of line, I apologize.

Oh, I dont take it that personally. While you and I fundamentally disagree in politics and religion, I'm very cool with you everywhere else. But, the incessant "dems are morons for voting for Obama" gets old. The Repubs always just seem to come off as condescending and holier than thou, and that got old, especially not in defeat, with the Chicken Little philosophy. But, it's all good, it's over and life goes on. No sense crying about it, but there is no reason to continue to be incendiary on the topic anymore.

I can totally relate to what you're saying... I've been hearing about my voting for Bush for 8 years. I'll make sure that I make more reasonable political posts in the future. Thanks Ronnie! *chest bump*
