and after 3 days, he is risen!

If you are paying $20 for a haircut, I imagine people assume you did it yourself anyway.

Pocket change cost me my first and only black girlfriend.   It was in the middle of a roaring poker boom and I was flush in ways most men don't even bother dreaming of. Money, it was like dirt to me

My brother actually has a splitter like that, and we'll probably use it, because he has an actual wood burning furnace he uses in his garage and so he needs a ton of wood. I'll still split it by hand though because it makes me feel like a man.

Tilty, brown leather is the motion but I'll check it out just the same.

I've been carrying the same black leather wallet since 1998. It was a chain wallet. I took the chain off, but it still has the metal hook and snaps.

You have your barbers phone number and you text him?

I used to have my hair stylist friend come to my house to give me haircuts...ya know, like winners do.

In other news, I had no idea that infants were capable of producing such a wide variety of poops. It's always such a relief when the dirty diaper is just pee. Every now and then, it's just active carnage. I came very close to puking on the baby the other day...gagged a few times but fought it back.

Wife and I had our first date night since she's been born. Had some excellent Japanese hibachi. It's tough finding people that we trust to watch her when she's this little. My wife's family lives near here and are happy enough to watch her, but I am sometimes concerned with asking favors of them since they tend to hold things over each other's heads. My family all live back in north Georgia and Alabama. =/

I was going to get my partner a horse for Christmas, but I think she might actually be happier with something like this...like, women like warmth more than pointless animals.

It'll get more consistent after a few months. Formula/breast milk diets do some terrible things to the digestive system.

Not much planned for the weekend. Made it through the rain storm to pick up groceries for a beef stew that's just about done. Going to pick up the Xmas tree tomorrow morning then....not real sure. Poker maybe?

Did you hit the place on Jog Rd, by the Gateway Publix, Saito?

We did actually. :)

I'd never been. My wife's recommendation. The chef wasn't really that impressive with his stuff, but that's fine by me. After having been to hibachi restaurants probably 50+ times over 20 years, I'm not there for the entertainment aspect...and sometimes feel like I'm letting them down that I don't care about their onion volcano trick. The food was quite good though.

Had two beers tonight that were highly touted but I was underwhelmed. Celebration ale and three Floyd's zombie dust.

Never had Zombie Dust, but, as stated a week or two ago, Celebration is the best value-to-taste beer there is. Goes with every meal, mixes well with every beer. Enough hops to wash out a saison, plenty of malt to restore the taste buds after a DIPA. I'm having my ~40th Celebrations of the last month tonight.

For some sad news, it seems there's a chance Lagunitas won't be releasing Sucks in 6 packs anymore, only the 32 oz quart bottles that popped up a few months ago. They'll be available year round. I'm still hoping it isn't true.

yeah like Thera implied, celebration isn't like the greatest, but for the price, 16.50 / 12 not on sale, it's a damn fine all around beer. good hoppyness, plenty of body and bite. it's really good. got a twelver yesterday myself.

still haven't reupped on two hearted or anything left hand, and that upsets me. god I love two hearted ale.
