walktheplank69 0
I'm playing a guyin a $200+10 heads up tournie , who gets lucky and takes all but 190 of my chips in a heads up match. He then says he'll enroll in a $50 tournie and blind himself out if I give him the match.I've never made a deal before, but I decide that with the blinds at 60/120 I have less than a 25% chance and take him up on it.I go to the $50 table and hope he's on the level and sure enough, he sits down and blinds himself all the way down.My question is, how many of you would accept the deal (I basically said yes on instinct and want to know if it was a good deal) and how many of you would see it through and pay up?Seemed a fairly honourable thing to do and renewed my faith in human nature. flyingmachine 0
Are you saying he felt bad that he got lucky and wanted to give you back $50?If so, what a moron.
93transam 0
Hell, if the blinds are that big, your only chance is to catch a good rush and double up about 4 times...you might as well have given him the match and taken the 50 dollars.

If what you mean is he was offering a chop were you get 50 bucks..which is what it seems like you're saying...Why didn't he just give you 50 bucks or transfer it to you? What's the point of going to another table and giving the site a rake? Elpedro 0
Please explain to me why there was a deal made in a heads up tourney? The whole thing is kinda weird.... 1. why would he offer you a deal when you are virtually eliminated already?2. why would he offer a deal HEADS UP?3. why would he not just make a transfer? Sudden14 0
it was probably a heads up tournament.. where it starts with an even number of people and they all play heads up and once you reach a certain level you get paid. sounds like you think it was a sit n go or something

Binbs 0
On the topic of honor, I was playing a 1/2 cash game table. Was under the gun and got 10 10. I went to raise for 10 dollars when I accidently hit the zero button twice and ended up raising 100 dollars. The BB pushed all in for his 130 dollars and I of course had to call. He had AA and ended up doubling up.After expressing that I did a misclick he gave me back the 100 dollars by doing a raise/reraise/fold when we ended up in a pot together.I was impressed to say the least. I mean ive let pple come back when theyve disconnected in heads up matches and get their money back, but this is over the top

GCP 0
The 200 multis on Absolute don't even get 9 players most of the time. This time, there were 8 and winner took all. Well, we were heads up, my opponent had a 2-1 chiplead. The blinds weren't bad at all though and after we'd played 20 or so hands, I felt like I had the advantage despite the chip count. He probably felt it too because he offered me an even chop. This was back in January and I really needed the money so I took it. We played it out anyway and I went on to beat him. He was really nervous about me just taking off with the 1600. And even though I had my brother behind me pleading me to, I held true to my word and dumped 800 to him (this was before they offered account transfers on AP).I made a deal and to take the 800 would have been no better than stealing it out of somebody's wallet, in my opinion. The other one I was going to share I haven't always been as good about. But we were three handed in a 50 multi on AP and a player I play with basically everyday got disconnected. We could have worked together to blind him off all fast, of course, but I chose to stall the max time each turn. He reconnected and the tourney went on without him even knowing what went down. e3monroe 0
today my buddy was playing a multi table tourny on fulltilt he accidently called a raise when it was down to 18 people calling away 1/3 of his stack with q3 off suit to the chip leader. he cant just ask for the chips back so he moved on and proceeded to loose with 88 to q9. Whatever, but u cant just ask for the chips back, part of playing on the internet is being aware of what u r doing. I know if i accidently raised a 100 bucks with 1010 i wouldnt expect to get my money back from the dude with AA. I f'd up and it cost me a 100 bucks and if i hit the set i would count my blessings and proceed to leave with the players chips.

Stylin_Fish 0
I won the :Most Honourable" award while playing goldeneye 007 several timesdoes that countLol, awesome game but I don't remember how you got that award in 007(just by shooting people from in front and not behind?)I always get most dishonerable in every game for some reason. I'd try and trick people by saying "oh come on, this isn't fair I don't have a gun, don't kill me." and sometimes they wouldn't kill me but then I'd pull out the golden gun and kill them in one shot.
