Alright, so im playing a home game w/ blinds of $.25/50 and the following hand comes up:It's down to 5 handed and im on the buttonthe guy in EP raises it to $1.50; I look down and see K3...i give a little chuckle and call the bet.BB also calls.Flop: KT3BB checks, preflop raiser bets $2.50, I call and BB folds( Im thinking he has Ak, KQ, KJ possible)Turn: K(Bingo, i have a boat and hopefully he has trips so i can bust him)This time he leads out with $3 dollarsI raises him to $9 and he thinks for a little and calls...he plays fairly decent cards but can make some poor calls and is usually very aggressive river:9so he checks.. i think he is afraid that he's beat, Maybe AT? home game..lol..possiblePot is about $25 nowI want a call even if he is weak so i bet $10, not too much, giving him 2.5:1 oddshe thinks then states, " this is a really bad call, but i wanna gamble" :club: I FLIP OVER KRABLAR!!!!!! YEAA!!! Kings fullHe says "damn..nice hand, and shows me AA"The power of the Krablar has come though... It cracked ACES!!Right at that moment i got up and did the crab dance!"pinch, pinch"....everyone looked at me like i was some kind of idiot and one guy laughed so hard that he spit out soda all over the table!thank you Krablar :-)

I missed this one, how did the whole legend of the Krablar come about? I know it is K3, but what made it such an important hand around here? P.S. won a $50 SnG with the Krablar today.

But they've inspired me to play with it, and last night in our NL flops cash game Krablar paid off big twice....... of course I played it badly... only checking with it in the big blind.. but some day I'll truly embrace the faith :club:.

Only now, at the end, do you see the true power of the dark side of the Krablar.KRABLAR IS FOR ADVERTISING AND ADVERTISING ONLY!!!!! Using it in online tourniment will surely only cause you woe... man, that guy with the 6 8 played his hand like ass LOL. Playing Krablar NL in situations where your opponents are unbluffable will only cause you pain.I can never root against Krablar, even if My opponent wields it, but please, I beg you. Don't let your love of Kralbar blind you to the CARE you need to take using it... otherwise, it will only turn you to the darkside..

What a jopke. This is like Phil Hellmuth telling everyone that you have to play super tight in his book to win at no-limit hold'em and then playing every single hand in tournaments. Now this guy is giving provisions on when to play it or not. I thought you could play it like a maniac. Wasn't that the point?

The point is to get people to THINK you're a maniac, not to actually BE a maniac. That is why the dance is so important, and Krablar play is so lost online.. because once you Krab Dance, who ever you beat, and most people at the table will NEVER forget that you not only play K3, but you raise with it. Ever. They will think you are a maniac, and you can go back to playing tight agressive while getting all the action you can handle.

Okay, so I read this stuff on the Krablar, and when I thought about it, I realized that I'd never seen K-3 in a game, at least not to my memory. I've seen more K-2's than I ever want to, but the crap bas proven elusive. Anyway, when I read about this, I thought it was a joke, but I decided to play it next time I saw it in a cash game. So today I'm playing a .10-.20 blind, no-limit cash game with a few buddies just for fun, with each of us only having five bucks in the pot. On the button, I look down to see K-3. I chuckle and call the blind. SB raises .50, everyone folds to me, I cll. Flop comes J-8-3. He checks, I bet, He calls. Turn comes...a King. I bet, he folds. I then proceeded to show them my cards, and relate the story of the Krablar.Long story short, I'm sold.
