iggymcfly 0
Equity adjusted winrate is what your winrate would be if your all-ins ran exactly even. Say if every time you got it in 80/20, you got 80% of the pot, every time you got it in 40/60 you got 40% of the pot, etc., etc.

iggymcfly 0
Pssh. That's not even a swingy PLO graph. 2,600 hands and the biggest swing up or down is <11 BI? That's what I call variance-free poker. I had a 23 BI upswing in the middle of my session tonight and I didn't even end up winning much.
BudBundy 0
That's a quite swingy graph for my standards :)I don't find royal flushes post worthy especially in PLO but i really enjoyed this one cus i imagine him having an incompleted fist pump on river.Full Tilt PokerPot Limit Omaha Ring gameBlinds: $1/$26 playersConverterStack sizes:UTG: $425.60UTG+1: $245CO: $78.25Button: $355.50SB: $194Hero: $227.10Pre-flop: (6 players) Hero is BB with A T 6 K 2 folds, CO calls, Button folds, SB calls, Hero raises to $8, CO calls, SB calls.Flop: 3 K J ($24, 3 players)SB checks, Hero bets $14, CO folds, SB raises to $66, Hero raises all-in $219.1, SB calls all-in $120.Uncalled bets: $33.1 returned to Hero. bdc30 0
August goals: Play when I can but don't put pressure on myself. Learn HU no limit holdem. Get better every session. Review my hands and play styles. Pay attention to the advice of those better than myself. Profit. I hope to get in 10-15k hands, but as I've said I'm not going to be upset if I fall short of that. I'm only single tabling at this point. Focus on getting good, then add another table.Didn't think I was going to be able to put in the hand volume, but I've recently started playing 2 tables a good amount of the time -- amazing how fast the hands add up. Feeling good too, hopefully will be able to move up soon, but I'm a severe br nit now. Might start taking some shots though.

iggymcfly 0
Nice you're having a good month bdc. I think the more impressive feat is being able to 1 and 2-table that much without slashing your wrists though. :)Nah, remembering back I know I did it for a year or so myself, but I seriously can't imagine it now. When the games are bad and I can only get 3 tables for a little bit, I inevitably fire up forums and I still get deathly bored.
Zach6668 513
He's playing HU, iggy, it's a lot different than 6 or full ring, imo. Most I can do right now is 1-table HU NL, and I used to 9-table the full ring games a couple years ago. Then again, I'm posting as I play, so I can probably two-table. bdc30 0
hah yeah 1 tabling plo would be unbearable. 4 is about the least I can do of that. Actually I miss the plos.

whatgreatis 0
This month is going to be a set up for grinding.Goals:Start working full time and think about getting a 2nd part time job.Buy PT3/HUDGet a subscription to either Card Runners or Deuces CrackedPay off 500 in debtPlay any hands at all in anythinggg.Any profit I'll be happy with this month. So far this month:1. Got my old job back working for a farmer and I have a interview coming up soon for a second job.2. I'm going to get HEM because PT3 doesn't support AP3. I've downloaded more than 30 CR videos and watched more than 154. Probably won't be able to pay off any debt this month but I did pay 388 for closing the lease on my apartment early.5. A buddy of mine has been staking me in a 20r with a terrible structure. I've only been able to mincash 2/4 tries.6. I mayyyy be able to start grinding at the end of this month, it'll be close.edit: sweet graph bdc

Merby 3
Update for the month.Online cash games: I totally have been donking it up, having dropped -$2,200 this month alone. Actually, during the first couple days of the month, I played 2/4 NLHE and 2/4 PLO (before I revised my goals for the month to target lower levels -- thanks again for the words of caution). During that short period of time, I played poor and ran below expectation, and dropped $2,000 at those tables (before I finally came to my senses and heeded your advice). Since then, I haven't put in many more hands and am down $200 at some 50c/$1 HU NLHE and $1/$2 PLO. Who knows how much worse it could have been if I had chosen to stay at 2/4...Live Cash: As with last month, I have barely had any time. but so far, I have put in two sessions and am up +$600. I have no comments about my live play. At my local casino, I swear that it feels like I'm taking candy from a baby... Online Tournaments: The run good streak continues and I have cashed in 3/16 tournaments, 2 of which were final tables, and 2 of which had >2,000 fields. Unfortunately, I busted out early at both final tables, so I am only up +$1500.The bottom line for me is that I am going to focus entirely on MTTs while I play online for the foreseeable future. Eventually I will reintegrate cash games back into my online play, but for right now, I might as well focus on the form of poker that is +EV. For me, that means playing MTTs exclusively (I thought I would never say that, as I always thought of myself as a primarily cash game player). Even though my donking around on the online cash tables has turned this into a slightly negative month overall, I am surprisingly confident about where I am right now and what I need to do to progress as a poker player (and develop a larger bankroll). BudBundy 0
Today i am taking my $1-$2 one step further than taking a shot level. I will play 2 tables of 0.50-1 (Deep tables if available) and 2 tables of 1-2. Wish me luck!!!
iggymcfly 0
Oh OK. That makes more sense. I actually tend to 3-table when I play HU too, but it only really works well when I get the same person to play me on all 3 tables.
TravisG 0
wow i tried full ring today (8 tabling)... i never thought that poker could be THAT easy.I'll probably not be playing any poker for the first 15 days next month. SPORE gets released (FINALLY!!)
Mattnxtc 0
Up about 80BB this month so far...at some point ill be PT and see what I am doing BB/100 wise, but overall I would assume I am betting the game pretty handily.

sennin 0
Done spamming WCOOP Step 1's now. Spent roughly $300 and 25k fpps and ended up with 31 step 2's and 1 step3. Should easily be able to get into at least 5 $215 events now
