Zach6668 513
any chance of swapping some AP for some cakeActually, I was looking into moving some money to Cake.I have way too much money on AP right now too.I'll let you know when I check out Cake a bit more.

mase_gotsem 0
iv been thinking about playing LHE to build my br but i always get off track and try to shoot up limits to quick or jump to no limit maybe this thread will give me a little motivation will see ,
navybuttons 15
what type of rakeback does Absolute have?100% plus if you're playing under bonus and are at elite member. i think about 80% w/o bonus as elite.any chance of swapping some AP for some cakewhat limits are you currently playing? you have a good idea of the play at AP at those limits and all that?my challenge: be rolled enough for the 60/120 mix at the bellagio for this wsop.so i posted this in the ask steve thread. was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on it?so i'm kind of caught in this weird phase. like i'm doing just fine at the table and am happy to play nearly every day. i'm currently playing solely HULHE and it seems like i get in this funk where i only want to put in 500 hands a day (which is still a pretty decent number). after i'm done playing for the day i get excited about playing 1K hands the next day and for the rest of the month. i calculate my expectation and what level i could possibly move to and when if i play those thousand hands each day.i even wake up excited to start grinding and put in the 1K hands. but somewhere around hand 500 i don't want to play anymore. winning or losing i'm just not motived and can't seem to bring myself to play. in the rare rare days where i do put in 1K hands or more i feel i'm still playing very well. (and i'm pretty objective about my play i would say). have you ever had the same sort of tendencies? any ideas to keep myself motivated past the hump? think i should pick up some motivational books?also, zach, cake has an initial bonus if i'm not mistaking, so wait until you deposit before transfers. Zach6668 513
what type of rakeback does Absolute have?30% (except they take like 20% off your MGR if you're American, I think), plus they have reload bonuses 6-7 times a month, worth $200 each, and easy to clear, and ARPs (points) are exchangable for cash.In my experiences, it works out to like 80% or more at 6 max tables, and well over 100% at HUHU tables. checkymcfold 0
navy, that is literally the same problem i have. what i've tried to do is shorten my sessions slightly, but play more of them each day to the point where it more than evens out.can e1 say what they play and where? i'm not sure about that for some of you guys, tbh.i play 3/6 and 5/10 LHE on ap to get un-busto. i am almost done getting un-busto.
Zach6668 513
5/10 and 10/20 HU LHE on AP for me, if anyone didn't know.Just moved up to 10/20 this month, but still playing 5/10 when I can't get action at 10/20.
Zach6668 513
also, zach, cake has an initial bonus if i'm not mistaking, so wait until you deposit before transfers.Yeah, I just opened a Cake account, but I don't have any way to deposit on there, aside from going through the hassle of opening an Epass account, in order to get the bonuses. It would take pretty soft games for me to play without bonus/rb, etc, if I didn't have to.Also, it's $1 rake at everything I've looked at, and that's terrible, so I won't play on Cake until I'm ready for 15/30, or maaaaybe some 10/20, even though I'm way better off to play on AP with the 50 cent rake and billion dollars in incentives. RDog 0
Is it too early to declare war on minbetters?I think its pretty cool that all you have to say is "raise" and that completes your action.
bull62 0
I think its pretty cool that all you have to say is "raise" and that completes your action.Playing live 4/8 limit I like to raise on the river and then put in 16 chips 1 at a time. My version of the limit slowroll.
