  1. Thanks for the info...why not get married? LOL I'm looking at Marina Inn or Carabelle...anything? I also considered the Hilton Beachfront and Hampton Inn...
  2. me and fiance are going....anyone been or live there? any good places to stay?thanks in advance
  3. I'm baffled by people who don't understand what the original question was. What was asked was. "Being 99% certain the other two will call, am I calling with any two here? Or is there still a range of hands I fold?"He didn't ask, "should I have straddled?" "What do you think of my play?" He's already conceded that it might not be the most +EV, but he doesn't care about that. All you want to do is show that you are "a damn good poker player." And you might be, but people have to learn to read.
  4. It was rigged more for them to win the tourney obv.
  5. Yes Maybe I agree, but just based off your cards it's very unlikely a 2 helped you so I like the play. I like the raise, but I'm just calling the 3 bet and hoping to avoid being beat by a boat. Calls hoping the straight holds up.
  6. i'd flat call it and, depending how much you have left, pop or jam him when UTG bets the river...even though everyone here is going to say pop him about 2000-2500 now becuase we have to be aggressive.
  7. why call the turn raise if you are going to fold to a bet on a blank river? I understand we think one of them played 8-9 but save the bet and fold to the turn raise.
  8. alright, now what do you do? so with your read it was either a pp or flush draw...are you folding or calling here?
  9. what range is BB putting you on? on that flop he could easily flat call a c-bet with dueces if he puts you on ak-a10. i just think it's way to easy to go broke here when you don't have to.
  10. I might get blasted for this but....I might min raise here hoping to check down the river. I think 22 or 66 is well in his range here and he easily could have played them this way.
  11. 1. fine2. i'd prefer raise it and play from there. you still have plenty of play left if someone comes over the top or something. but the shove isn't awful going by your train of thought.
  12. You should most def. get fit for your next driver. I'd acutally be willing to wager that you'll wind up with a 10 or 10.5 degree driver. But getting fit for club(s) is one of the best things you can do for your game.
  13. ahhh the beauty of online poker, gotta love it.
  14. it was when you got it in, that's all that matters.
  15. thing is he says i'm looking to bust or double. so why committ another 4-8 with a 3 bet pre-flop, knowing he can get it all in if he flops the A? If he doesn't he saves himself $$$. With deeper stacks I agree, but that's not what we have here.
  16. There is no doubt that guy is calling with AJ. My comment is, pray he didn't wake up with AK or get lucky with two pair or a set. Like you said you were looking to double, probably and this seems like as good a spot as any.
  17. I don't like the push on the turn. The paired board screams full house to me, but that could be because I think online poker is rigged for big hands. If this were a live hand I call it a standard play though.
  18. Problem is when this happen over and over again you getting the feeling it's rigged.
  19. yeah baby sticky it, good show, but i hate that i can't watch it live. have to dvr it.
