Exactly him playing these stakes is like a 2/4 NL player playing .05/.10 NL. It is hard to take it seriously, that is such a small portion of his bankroll.

I like the cap preflop you take control of the hand. I would have raised the turn but you are saying he folds to raises on the turn. I am not sure I cap the river, there is plenty out there that beats you. But apparently you got maximum out of this hand.
