Yeah thats strange. Sometimes i will transfer my friends 5-10$ on stars so they can play some poker. Then i will play a s and g with my buddy but we dont collude in anyway. We both have the same city on our screename. Could i be considwered colluding with him because of the city name? We simply do it for bragging rights to see if we can beat on another since he has transfered to college in AZ.

That seems scary to me that a site can do that. I have never personally had a problem with pokerstars and recently made my first withdrawl from fcp. The response on fcp has taken awhile, but im sure i will recieve check in next few weeks here. Has anyone had any simmilar problems as posted above on the fcp site?

its easy to be a self proclaimed " poker expert" with the cards he was getting and the miracle on the river heads up. I watched him make many mistakes but some bad calls against him bailed him out. thats poker

might be to far for you, but an 18+ casino in san diego called "sycuan". try looking up their website and see what they offer. And yes the play at morongo is horrbile in the lower staked games. 1-3nl has max buy in of 100, and the standard preflop raise is nearly 20$, so if your calling a raise, expect to defend for all your chips, those bad players just love to bet any two face cards to river. if u hit some hands however it pays off nice.

by cold deck i mean having cold cards, nothing playable. By cooler hands i mean having a extremley strong hand and having no other way to play it out, ur basically meant to lose ur money on the hand. Like the guy on the 1st hand of the 05 ME against farha, he has 10 10 vs farhas A 10, flop comes A A 10. thats a cooler

i just got knocked out of the horse tourney. Its hillarious at how bad most of the stars players are when it comes to the other games besides hold em, but the deck was bailing them out as always.

Ive lost half my BR this last month from horrendous run of cards. Ive taken time off and came back to play a week ago. Now insted of cold decks i get cooler hands. Have AA to a board of QQ9KQ, and lose to quad queens, have Q9 diamonds and board comes Qs 9d 3d, Qh, 8s, i lose to J 10 diamonds. Sorry to rant about bad beats but im so sick rite now and i dont know what worse. No cards at all, or cooler hands that you lose all of your money on. flame away.

to be successful in a rebuy tournament you have to gamble and try to amass as many chips as possible in the rebuy period. That means gambling with suited connectors and marginal hands on big pots in order to amass some chips. If you lose, you can rebuy! And keep doing this strat until you amass a good amount of chips to get you on your way for the tourney. If your not willing to rebuy at least 4-5 times, u wont be a successful rebuy tourney player.

Im thrilled that the final table is full of the big name players. Its the exact reason they made the buy in 50k. Im going to go down to rio early tonight and hopefully get a bleacher seat at main table.. doubt i get it but maybe a good rail spot will arise.

Yeah, i was railing last night at the HORSE event. Any table you looked at had a whos who of poker pros sitting at the table. I watched the: ivey, juanda, raymer, elezra table for a while. Then i moved onto the side tables and watched a 25-50 nl cash game that had Joe Hachem and Antonio Esfandiari in the mix. Very entertaining because antonio lost a bet and had to do 20 pushups. If anyone is going down this weekend i will be there.

i was railing the 10k omaha event last night. Any pro you wanted to see was at the tables. Its a zoo when you get towards the covention area of the rio where the actual events are taking place. Its nothing however compared to what the main event will be like down there.

i downloaded the beta yesterday and played some free rolls for an hour. 440mb to download and it took a while for it to complete ( 25 min) The only part i liked is how in depth the customizing of your character/avatar is. I didnt see anyone at my tables who looked alike. The play is kind of slow, and the beats i was recieving made a bad impression on me. Top pairs losing to river trips 3 times in a row, and 2 runner runner flushes left me with a sour taste in my mouth. Dont think i will be a real money customer of theirs.

I think card playing in season 1 is better..., but that coversations and blowups that have happened so far in season 2 are very entertaining. Especially the banter between Negraneau and Matusow.
