fleung22 1
True-this is a great reason that makes the show awesome. I have read that in season 1, Sarah Clarke (actress that played Nina Meyers) didn't know she was bad until the nineteenth episode. Its all so good that the cast is also in the dark for a long time as wellI saw a great interview with Jean Smart (who plays Martha Logan) and she was going through what it was like filming with the 24 people.Apparently all the actors who are signed to do the show get paid a guaranteed amount of money for clearing the schedule in order to do a full season of 24. But because of the way the show works nobody in the cast (except Kiefer of course) knows if they'll live week to week.Smart had mentioned how excited she was to get the script for the hours when she goes with the Russian president and first lady while knowingly in danger (in Season 5). She was thrilled to see that Martha was still alive. So to some degree the cast really gets into the script as well.People...we are only 6 days away from the Season 6 premiere!!! It'll be the same either way. I have my own reasons for watching (mainly I didn't want to get spoiled), but I don't see how it's any more enjoyable watching it on Sunday rather than...now. Maybe if you like to watch it with friends, like a movie or something, but still, I don't see it. It was amazing now, it will be amazing monday, it will be amazing if I freeze myself in time and come back out 500 years later. This isn't like sex or anything. It's a TV show. A sick one at that.
