mrdannyg 274
i couldn't really think of any until i started reading, but reading your guys' jogged my memory a bit:tony fernandez: spent a day with us at a baseball camp i went to. he signed my hat, which i wore for about 5 years straight. he actually showed me a couple things, and told me i might have a future at third base. pretty sure he was humouring me, but a really fantastic guy. he came just to talk to us for a few minutes, and ended up spending all day with us, just hanging out, running drills, etc.kirk muller - lived on my street while he was on the leafs for one season. played road hockey and soccer with him a couple times. him and his 6-year old son beat 4 of us at soccer paul molitor - lived not too far from me for a bit. i peed on his lawn coming from a party. he's actually my favourite player of all time and i didn't know it was His lawn at the time, so i feel bad. sorry paul.tie domi - he came in to the coffee shop i worked in a few times. surprisingly he was a real *******. he also drank really fruity yuppie coffees.alexander mogilny - lived next to my aunt and uncle. only saw him actually, as he watched as my uncle tried to convince his bodyguard not to keep vicious guard dogs running loose in their yard russ jackson - former CFL great. lived next to my aunt and uncle for a while out in mississauga. hung out by the pool all the time - really great guy. bad dogsitter, but great guy. dbrent2 0
Roberto Baggio(for any soccer fans out there) The "Little goat".Best goal I can remember was in the World Cup. started from mid-field, and went through everybody (with a one-time pass) to score... I also have his sgnature cleats when he was with diadora.Joe Montana, Jay Novacek(?), Jonathan Hayes. I have showed cutting horses and met all of these folks. got drunk with Jay on the back of a truck...Corey Pavin-my mom played with him in the Colonial Pro-am. i caddied for her. the man could hit the low irons like no one I have ever seen. Just amazing... Very cool guy also, and so was his caddie.I know a bunch of Professional rodeo folk...Never cared for autographs, would much rather have a conversation with the people...
