Al Smooth 0
OK, so I'm trying to learn how to play some games other than NLHE so I've been trying my hand at Omaha and 7-stud. Although on this Omaha hand to follow I would think that I would play my 9h to complete the flush and give me the winning hand. Can someone please explain why PP played my 88 to give me 2 pair with the board and not the 9h to give me the flush? Is this mistake common, or is it not a mistake as far as the game is concerned. However there's plenty of amateurs who have played the games and tourny's long enough to have cashed in a major tournament. Not to mention that to the cash players here in Los Angeles at Commerce Casino, the "lifers" consider those to be dead games. The same players every day just pushing money back and forth between them with no new, dead money to be found. But why argue the semantics?
