OK, I know the influx to the site caused by DN's protege has resulted in the number of mentally handicapped posters to go through the roof, but will it ever stop??And where are all the regulars?? I'm hoping it has something to do with the holiday season. I wouldn't call myself a regular poster, but I check out the site just about everyday and I used to enjoy a lot of what the regulars used to discuss.Even if the thread was completely ridiculous, coherent thoughts still managed to arise making it at least entertaining. Now it just seems like everything's gone to hell. 20 people will post the EXACT same thing one after another in a thread. Perhaps this is just due to the vast numbers, but can the mods maybe do something about this?Maybe I'm just being a douche bag, but thing seem to be getting fu[/i]cking retarded around here!

Well, I would consider myself a "regular," and I'm still around.But I've seen that General goes through some swings, sort of like variance. Sometimes, we have a real nice couple of weeks with interesting posts and nearly zero useless ones. Then, for the next month or two, it seems like very troll and lurker has decided to post about how they once had an idea about how to play poker.Just take the good with the bad. And...check out the other parts of the forum. Sadly, a great majority of my posts are here in General, but branching out is a great thing.And, this whole DN v DC / New FCP has really led to an influx of new, stupid, young kids.Ah well.

general makes me bored. i browse but i no longer feel the need to talk about anything. the topics are either so over done, over talked about...the crap that's posted is so stupid and pointless i dont' even bother to respond anymore. I used to post about 8 times a day but i've gone down to 2-3 a day because of the lack of content. The regulars are moving to different forums...i'm floating more into strategy/off topic now.

No, not really ...I was sort of referring to the DN vs DC thread ... 20 posts in a row state that "DN just sat down". For cases like that, couldn't the repeated comments be deleted?
