I agree with you. I am beating around the bush a bit to cut FCP the maximum slack while they tackle an army of problems.Identifying roadblocks to growing the site is only part of the job.Suggesting constructive solutions is what we - as FCP forum participants - should try to do, since a healthy, vibrant site is the goal for us as players.Emails to prospective players have to stress that the information is confidential and at least give some sort of rationale so people understand. Remember that anyone with a credit card can open an account at any number of sites and play in 7 minutes If the development of partypoker is anything to go by, for the first few years the support staff of fullcontactpoker will play "Whack the Mole" with problems non-stop.["Whack the Mole" was a game kids played with a rubber hammer where you would "whack" any mole that pops up on the game board, only to have another pop up elsewhere. You would whack that one too. ]Since the fullcontactpoker site was sold, direct operational control of the site is in someone elses hands. It is inevitable that there will be a clash of vision on a small scale in the beginning between DN and the site operators.How well they both manage those clashes will be a big part of the long-term success of the site. FCP members are - pardon the analogy - the oil that will make the machine work in the medium term, since we are the source of objective, constructive, and positive input.PartyPoker was fanatical about player input, giving it the highest priority, and it served them well. Lot's of great promotions and incentives.I like the poker room too except for a couple of things:I find the cup holders on the table make things very confusing. They are right next to the bets and for me make it alot more difficult to see the action and what position your in. It's probably a poker network thing so I doubt this can be changed. I guess it'll get easier for me when I get used to it.Also, does anyone else not have sound effects for bets and raises, but does have sound for checking? It does have when using fcp.net but not with the client download. Unless of course you deposited by credit card and have not sent in your personal information and are already at the $99 max then you your out of luck because they wont give it to you until you send them that information. mr_english 0 Posted December 12, 2005 Share Posted December 12, 2005 Its bad enough what you have to go through to deposit money, only to get it rivered out of you without having to log on every time you go to a different screen, for example.Logged onto the forum, went to play and had to log on again.While playing decided to open up "casino" was required to LOG ON again.Tried to open up the cashier....you got it....log on againI think it even required me to log on to go look at "my account"CAN WE PLEASE GET THIS DOWN TO ONE LOG ON ?????
