Thanks! I think I may have read this before on here somewhere, but with all of the confusion, I just wanted to make sure!Also, it is true that you do not have to play a certain amount of hands to withdraw your OWN money, if you end up not liking it?  ( such as: Do you HAVE to clear the bonus money? )  I am just considering before I pool some funds together, to try the first time deposit bonus.  :roll:  Also, so it is true that with Neteller there is no evil $200 deposit/withdrawal number, where problems will be encounterd?Sorry for being a pest, just a little uptight with my limited bankroll!Thanks again!

All of what you say is correct. There are no limits with Neteller of any kind other than we reserve the right to limit withdraws to $10,000 per day. Make a deposit with Neteller, play as little or as much as you would like as long as there are no extraordinary security issues that come up you can withdraw any or all of your funds.Good Luck

I would suggest that the ability to block the casino from the poker site is a good thing from the public relations point of view.Some people only want to play Poker. A compromise would be to block it for six months at a time, allowing players to decide - twice a year - to lose money for sure in online casino action, rather than continue their burn rate on the poker site .I like your friendly but 'taking the post serious' attitude here, and thought I'd mention it.Customer service is the way to go to develop the site.

I qualified for the seat 2 semi-final this afternoon. I was logged on to FCP and in my tournament, but when it started I couldn't connect to my table. I hae a MAC, so I can only use the Java version, and it seems FCP has been having problems w/ this for the past couple of days.There were only 35 people competing for seat 2 in the protege contest and I missed out on my chance because the site was having "software issues." This is a HUGE problem, and my worst nightmare for the contest.I was chatting live w/ support, and while they were attentive and trying to help me, there was nothing they could do. Tim from FCP support assured me that I would be compensated for the problem, but how do you put a price on a qualifyer tournament??? I feel a HUGE opportunity was taken from me, and I don't know what to do.Concerned,Ben Houg
