Seeing Daniel Negreanu already on the short stack prompted Matusow to comment, "Daniel said he didn't want to play today. He's already down to five-hundred (in chips). You're the worst dude. How many first breaks have you made?" Negreanu responded, "A lot. Six." Matusow slapped Daniel five, and then walked off, lamenting his own early struggles.

VicRattlehead 0
Date / Time: 2005-06-24 13:38:00 Title: Daniel Negreanu Has Some Fun Log: Daniel Negreanu is very short stacked and decided to have some fun with it. Negreanu tried to bet other members of his table $50,000, on who would last longer. Last Longer bets are very common in poker, and Negreanu was trying to have fun with it. Negreanu's $750 in chips makes him short stacked, but his sense of humour still remains.

Scotia_Guy 0
Date / Time: 2005-06-24 14:37:00 Title: Surviving the All In Log: With the blinds at $50-$100, some notable short stacks have been forced to move all in early in Level 3. Daniel Negreanu, and Mike Matusow both got all of their chips in, and both survived. Negreanu was all in on a flop of Qd-10h-9d. No one called him, but Negreanu showed anyway, a pair of tens and a flush draw. Mike Matusow moved all in over the top of his opponent preflop, and his opponent mucked a pair of sixes face up.
