XXEddie 0
oh baby, what a grindergolf next week sometime? I'm working a lot but my mornings are generally free and we could jump on the 'burb or lonetree or somethingAlso, tomorrow afternoon I might go to that holdem/omaha game and watch the womens world cup while we degen... i'll text youGolf sounds good. I have to be at work by 1130a usually so we'd have to get a pretty early tee time. I'd love to degen it up with you, but I'm actually gonna head up to Blackhawk this afternoon. I may try 2/5 while I'm up there. But will certainly grind the 1-2-100 tables. GL
KingJames 11
I'm still enjoying this live broadcast but it got worse for sure when Hellmuth came aboard.lol hellmuth-aments, trystero. I think they have like 3 or more a day, each with different guarantees. Usually over $100 for 1st.Structure is lame with 7 min. blinds, but other than that it's a good tournament. Swift_Psycho 1
+560 in lolive last night. Game got short handed real quick and we switched to dealers choice between Omaha, Stripper and Pineapple. Last hand won a +400 ish pot with 5h7h6x6x on a Kh6h4x board. Got it in vs KKxx and binked flush ldo. Seems like you're constantly posting solid wins in live play at $1/$2 NL. Just a few months ago, I started playing live $2/$2 NL in Florida with more frequency (like just a few hours once a week on average). I'm curious how much you're playing and what you're hourly rate is if you don't mind sharing?

KingJames 11
in the interest of full discloser I did lots of weird/spewy post-flop things at the 10nl tables this evening. That included calling a 3b IP with T6cc and floating the bd flush draw and then bet/folding the turn... ewwwwwwwdid a few other things like call down 33 on JJ228 vs a boat obv
XXEddie 0
Ended up +250ish last night. Half BJ waiting for a seat, half poker. Two lol handsFew limps, I limp J9o, BB raises to 7(He had been min 3-betting and making these small raises from the bb a lot). We all call, like 6 people. Flop J96ccx He bets 12, 1 call, I make it 52. He asks how much more and I accidentally say 50 more (a good 10-15 second after I have put out the raises) He tries to make it 162 total but the dealer tells him because my raise is only to 52 he can only make it 152. He tries to argue with the dealer saying I said 50 more so it should be binding, lol. He even did the always funny 'well I guess it's time for another rebuy' speech. I re-raise he last 50 or so and he callsTurn 7s, River 7c.So I'm obv like well ****, the club draw got there, and an overpair now beats me. I flip up my hand and he shows KQo. lolz. Moving on to funny hand number 2...Skip to the river. I have 64 on a A2587 board. Asian guys shoves for 50. Next guy makes it like 140, I only have 210. I think about flatting for a second but figure he can raise with a set/wheel a lot plus it's not like he can raise me if he does have 96 since I'm going allin. So I shove, gets back to him and he does the ol 'Well I guess it's time to go home' and says he's allin which is retarded because 1) Everybody is allin and he's closing the action and 2) He has like 400 behind and you can't raise more than 100. The dealer tries to tell him I'm allin and he can't raise and he seems confused so I kindly (ok, not so much) tell him he can just say 'call' flip up 96, I can rebuy and we can move on. He argues back asking me why am I made at him, he just lost 500 in a pot and he didn't get made at the guy he lost to (Btw, that hand... he limped/rasied/called a 4bet with 4s4x. Called 100 on 679sss flop and 7x turn, then lead for 100 on 2s river. Got called by KsKx). So anyway, he slowly counts out the call, puts it in, waits to get his change then finally slams down 96. I just lol and muck. Ended up grinding back most of my losses from that hand. Can't say I'm too displeased with only a $150 profit in so in poker through 10 hours when I got coolered for $250./mini report
XXEddie 0
Oh, forgot a 3rd lol hand. Had Q7hh on JhTh7x board. Check raised to 40 bet to 130. Guy flatted with 60 behind. Turn J, I bet enough to put him in, he folds T7 face up, lolz.

XXEddie 0
Seems like you're constantly posting solid wins in live play at $1/$2 NL. Just a few months ago, I started playing live $2/$2 NL in Florida with more frequency (like just a few hours once a week on average). I'm curious how much you're playing and what you're hourly rate is if you don't mind sharing?Up until recently I never had much of a live BR. Every now and then when I could scrounge together $300-$500 I'd hit the tables. If I lost, it was just some extra money. If I won, it was some extra money to help pay for life expenses. A month or so ago I went on a decent heater in short order and decided to try to keep a BR for live. It's currently sitting at about $2800, though it should be higher. Every now and then I use some poker winnings to pay for a new driver (yay!) or a speeding ticket (boo!). I try to play every Friday at a 1-3nl game. Then I try to go up to Blackhawk once a week to play 1/2. It's nice because Ameristar gives me decent hotel deals (usually a free room or $39 at max). So every now and then I'll just stay up there. It beats driving the 1hour drive home dead tired at 4am.Obviously there was a point where I was playing 1-2/1-3 with $1000 or so which obviously isn't good BRM, but with live games rarely going under 1-2 I didn't really have a choice. I don't have an accurate hourly win rate, but I just got a new IPhone app to help track my sessions. I currently have won $155 through 10 hours, which is only yesterday which included that nice 46<69 cooler. I also try to write down hands in my notes sections for input later. It helps because something I'll try to recall a hand and think "Was the flop rainbow, or where there two spades?" and stuff like that.
