Just got done watching a bootleg copy of the new wolverine movie. Wolverine goes looking for the character Gambit in a card room in New Orleans, and guess who's sitting at the table playing $25-$50 blinds with Gambit. I wasn't saying that he should have killed them. That is still a crime in this country, even if they aren't citizens. I was just saying that they were lucky that he didn't do it.

The insurance companies that still pay well make it worth it. I don't make much profit off of cash patients, but make up for it from the other insurance companies. I'm not sure you are correct here, or else I'm misunderstanding you. As a doctor, I can can choose not to accept certain insurances that I feel don't pay well enough. Any patients with that insurance can file a claim themselves and get reimbursed for the cash they pay. Not all companies will reimburse, or limit how much they will reimburse in these cases. Patients are welcome to find a doctor who will take their insurance. Insurance companies are allowed to pick and choose the doctors in their networks, so it is a two way street in that reguard. That just tilted me. I can't stand his whining and crying all the time. I 've gotten to the point that any time that his face comes up while watching a poker event, I instantly change the channel. If I sat at his table, I'd probably end up in jail for aggravated assault for pummeling his fat little head. He bugs me.

I find it funny that health care premiums continue to rise by 6-7% every year, but re-imbursement to us doc's continues to go down every year. I believe in "to each, his own", but, from some one who had to study the bible in college (athletic scholarship to a religous school) I think you're lacking in understanding what the bible says. SIG, an investment firm here in Bala Cynwd PA promotes poker at their firm. Last year they had a tournament for prospective hires to see how well they made decisions. It helps that one of their founding partners won a bracelet this year, and that Bill Chen is one of their analysts. They like to see poker on resumes. They actually have a poker room on their training floor for the traders, and almost every night of the week they have games going on after the market closes. And yes, Chen is a regular in their room, having fun with other employees.
